Great place to stay

Pros: The flat itself is nicely decorated, with new furniture, a new bed, a comfortable sofa in the living room, and a large plasma TV screen. You have everything you need here to enjoy and explore the city.

Cons: The only thing I can think of is that I was unable to find the WiFi codes displayed in the flat, but after contacting the host, I received them via private message.

Nice place good location

Cons: Washing machine but no powder

Pros: Great location near many of Sofia's sites. The market is close by for food as well. It was wonderful to have a washing machine and kitchenette. Anyone with mobility issues should be aware that it's on the 2nd floor and it's up narrow stairs. The apartment has new fittings and furniture and is very comfortable for 2 people. A large TV and couch make for easy relaxing. The trams run outside from 5am to midnight if you are a light sleeper but the windows are double glazed. I will certainly not hesitate to stay again when next in Sofia.

Cons: Shower fitting is fiddly and difficult to change from handheld to overhead shower. Also a small screen so water gets everywhere. But nice big walking shower so that's a bonus.

Modern apartment in great location

Pros: Beautiful modern apartment in the centre of Sofia. Everything worked well and I felt at home from the first moment. Close to public transport, stores and sights.

Cons: The bathroom is very impractical, water from the shower gets everywhere, which is also dangerous. I know that open shower is a trend nowadays, but this is too much.

Really comfortable stay

Pros: New apartment close to the centre. Very comfortable with good facilities. Excellent supermarket at the end of the street. Nice to have washing machine

Pros: Excellent location in the city center: there are many cafes, a large supermarket, a market, a metro station, and various historical sights nearby. The apartments are comfortable, there are two balconies, you can have breakfast and drink coffee with a good view of the old city. Windows with high-quality sound insulation, made wisely. There is a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, a capsule coffee machine, a microwave, reliable air conditioners for quick cooling and heating of the premises, all this is a huge plus in technical terms. There is a good large TV for watching movies and YouTube in the evening, stable Wi-Fi for working on a laptop. A comfortable mattress, pillows and blankets, this was important for us. We are happy with the choice, thank you!

Cons: An electric heated towel rail in the shower is really missing. There are also not enough hooks for outerwear in the hallway to dry it on rainy days. I would also like to add standard hangers to the closet in the bedroom, because there are always not enough of them. There is no elevator in the building, keep this in mind, if you have very heavy luggage, it is better to ask the taxi driver to help you with lifting for a small tip. Otherwise, everything is great)

Great value and modern

Pros: Great value for money and location is close to everything. New and modern apartment.

Pros: Very clean, new and comfortable apartments. There is everything you need even for a long stay. The owner was very responsive!Convenient location close to the metro, other public transport and shops!

Cons: A little noisy, since the trams are right under the windows. But you can close them and turn off the air conditioning.

Pros: Great host, very helpfull, and i forgot the keys on check out in my pocket but we arranged i could leave them at a kiosk at the ariport (to the host again my apologies) and thank you for your hospitality !!!

Cons: was missing coordinates to easily find the and navigate to the property, because in the village they don't have proper addresses, for us it was a little hard to find but..... the owner said that many others find it easily.. so maybe it was just us ?

Apartamento increíble

Pros: El trato con el propietario, ya que responde enseguida y nos ayudó en todo momento. La ubicación y la dimensión de los televisores, excelente, y la calefacción iba muy bien, en pocos minutos se calentaba bien el apartamento. Las instalaciones del apartamento y los electrodomésticos que había nos hicieron la estancia más cómoda, había microondas, horno, tostadora, cafetera, hervidor eléctrico, aspiradora, lavadora, tendedero, plancha de ropa, secador de pelo... Todo lo esencial que puedes necesitar en un momento dado en un apartamento.
