Pros: Good location, the flat has everything you need for short stay. Definitely would recommend it.

Pros: Host was friendly, very responsive, and provided us with detailed check-in instructions. Location is great, it is close to the metro station. Apartment itself was clean, renovated, and had everything I needed. Private parking spot is a great bonus.

Pros: It was spacious, not in the city center but you could reach it through 15-20 minutes walk. It had all kitchen equipment necessary.

Pros: Nice modern flat, tram stop about 7 minutes away, splendid fast-food outlet (Top Chef) at the top of the road selling unbelievable Doner Wraps, coffee machine, hot water, bathroom heater, good information from host

Very satisfied, convenient & central location, would stay again!!

Pros: The apartment was in a very good location, walking distance from a metro station and the Sofia Tower (mall). It was equipped with many appliances (coffee maker and kettle) and the host had provided us with four different tea types and coffee capsules. The bathroom had a radiator which kept it warm after a shower. There always was hot water so that was a big plus.

Cons: It didn't have radiators in the apartment (apart from the dathroom). There was a A/C in the living room and a small heater in the bedroom (although we didn't turn it on since it smelled burned plastic). We were a bit cold, especially in the morning, but we managed.

Recommend

Pros: Alex is an exceptional host. The appliance is very clean, warm and tidy. It has underground parking included, and the price-quality ratio is very good. I recommend with confidence.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Alex was very helpful. Apartment is close to the city center and metro station. We will come back for sure! 🥰

I enjoyed my stay

Pros: The property was clean, there was everything you may need for your stay and the location is great, the metro station is a few minutes away

Cons: The only downside was that the convector heater in the bedroom didn’t work properly

Pros: Excellent and quiet location. Everything is close. The apartment is as pictured, clean, and has all the elements needed for a pleasant stay. The host is excellent and responds quickly to every comment - BRAVO! The bed is comfortable! I will definitely be back! Best regard,
