Pros: Nice example of how the small appartment can be well-planned to accomodate everything needed (even the separate bedroom). Apartment is very well equipped, and communication with the owner was quick and polite.

Cons: Neighbourhood might not look very attractive, but it's in walking distance to the center, and there is nothing to do with it

I recommend it.

Pros: It has everything you need and lots of little extra touches. It's very comfortable. Great desk for working.

Cons: It's quite small, so it can get a little crowded for two people for an extended stay. It's on the edge of the centre, so a 15-minute walk or so into the main part.

Nice

Pros: This apartment has a secure parking lot. It is located in a secure and new apartment building. I think it is so important for Bulgaria. Our car was safe. The furniture is very clean. It has a nice terrace. Check-in is easy. You have all stuff in kitchen so you can cook easly.

Cons: The street where the building is located is a bit scary but I think it is related to the country because every street is a bit scary. The neighbors may be disturbed by the noise. The host should have warned us about this because we were talking in a normal voice and we got a bit scared when the doorbell rang. There should be a shower cabin instead of a curtain in the bathroom. Everything gets very wet. More towels could be put in. 2 towels are not enough for 2 people to stay for 3 nights.

Great modern flat with a nice terrace

Pros: Stayed 2 weeks in a very warm and sunny Sofia and the aircon and the terrace was perfect for that. Easy and good communication and the flat was as nice and modern as the pictures show. Wifi/TV worked perfectly, nice bathroom/washing machine/kitchen area. You are closer to roads than parks/lakes which meant that the flat was bug free. So no bugs at night or during the day on the terrace which is a huge plus during a hot summer. Lots of buses going to the center or you can walk there in 20 min. Walked home in the evening/night and the area was safe.

Pros: A modern apartment, beautifully decorated, clean, cozy, warm and equipped with everything you may need. The host was very kind and provided us with detailed and accurate instructions. It is located a bit far from the centre by foot and due to the cold weather we had a little trouble moving around. Other than this, everything was wonderful and we highly recommend it!
