very comfortable apartment, walking distance from Lions' Bridge
Pros: spacious and confortable one-bedroom flat in a quiet yet strategically located street, easy to reach by all means of transport (taxi, tram, metro, even on foot) from both the city centre and the central train and bus station; while being away from street noises, the apartment is nevertheless on the ground floor, so very easy to access even for guests with walking impediments or carrying bulky luggage; very friendly and talkative owner, easy check-in and check-out at all hours with keybox, secure car parking available by prior arrangement
Cons: I did not have time to explore the entire neighbourhood but at first sight there seem to be very few shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the building (however, absolutely everything is available less than 10 minutes away on foot in the Lions' Bridge area, and most of Sofia's landmarks and attractions can be very easily reached with a 10-minute taxi ride from the apartment)

Small and clean room with parking
Pros: The apartment was clean, the bed linen was very clean, and the beds were good. The parking in the courtyard was secured, which is extremely important for me.
Cons: There were no garbage bags, and the apartment was extremely small, so it wasn’t very comfortable for three people to stay there.

Everything You Need in a Neat Little Space
Pros: The room was great – very clean, functional, and equipped with everything we needed. There's a small kitchen, a bathroom, and a sleeping area with two beds, which made it perfect for both us and our child to sleep comfortably. We appreciated the little touches like clean towels, coffee, tea, and sugar – everything was thoughtfully provided. The host was also very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Pros: Everything was perfect, the host was good, the studio was clean and had everything we needed!
Cons: There were a lot of mosquitoes inside. Maybe they need to add a mesh on the windows, in order to stop them from entering.

Personally loved it. Felt like home!
Pros: Clean, comfortable and with a parking spot which is very valuable.
Cons: It is a 25 min walk to the city centre, however on a lime scooter it takes 5 minutes as it’s just one straight road.

Уютен апартамент.
Pros: Мястото е чисто и спретнато. Има всичко, от което едно семейство се нуждае за кратък престой. Апартамента е уютен и добре подреден. Нашия апартамент бе на партера, но въпреки това не се виждаше нищо отвън.
Cons: В описанието пише, че има паркинг към стаята. Когато резервирах, не ми изписа, че трябва да платя за паркинг, или да го избера като опция. С домакина си кореспондирахме, чрез съобщения тук в Букинг, но въпреки това не се спомена заплащането на паркинг. След като вече се бяхме настанили, при отиване до колата случайно ме срещна и ми каза, че паркинга струва 20 лева, както и че каза, че го пише на сайта. Заплатих необходимата сума, но касова бележка така и не получих.

Pros: Great communication with host Great Location, we walked the city center with ease Private parking always great Clean and surprisingly spacious. The pictures made it look smaller than it actually was. It was comfortable and we had everything we needed
