A comfortable stay in a spacious, modern and spotlessly clean apartment.
Pros: The location was excellent as we could choose to walk into the city centre or catch the tram or metro which were just around the corner. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean.
Cons: As we went in December we found the apartment quite cold and difficult to heat up.

Beautiful Property!
Pros: What a stunning property! This exceeded our expectations, the apartment is huge, perfect for couples and families! Facilities were great, the property is located in a quiet area and a short walk to the centre. Would definitely recommend!

High quality accommodation in central location
Pros: Location is central and within 10-15 minutes walk from Serdika for direct trains from/to airport. The Opalchenska Metro station is also right outside. The apartment itself is superb. It’s quite spacious with high quality furnishings and everything is spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable, there’s a very good shower with free toiletries/towels provided. The kitchen is well equipped with free coffee. There’s a little noise and vibration from trams during the day but the area was very quiet at night. Access is via door codes supplied on day of arrival. Good security.

Lovely stay, beautiful apartment
Pros: Good location, right next to a subway station (a couple of stops away from the city center). Parking places right in front of the house; the host was very nice and offered to help us with the payment, but eventually this wasn't necessary, as we used this Urbo phone app. Beautiful and very spacious apartment (generous living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms), nicely furnished and designed / decorated, equipped with pretty much everything a family might need. The apartment is located at ground floor, which means you don't have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. The neighbours are friendly and ready to help & give you some piece of advice regarding the access into the courtyard. The street is quiet but a (almost vintage) tram passes by from time to time, you'll have to get used to the specific vibrations it generates - actually not affecting our comfort, it was quite charming.
Cons: The access into the apartment is by electronic code placed right on the doorknob, not by physical key. It's modern and safe - but there's a flipside to that coin. The code is quite long (10-digit number), obviously you have to enter it every time and the keys on the keypad are tiny, so be patient :) The building itself looks pretty old / decrepit, still it's got a cosy courtyard and, anyway, this has nothing to do with the apartment itself, which, again, looks wonderful. But the actual reason we cannot offer a full 10 (it's closer to 9,5) is the showering system in the bathroom. There is nothing there to separate the shower area from the rest of the facilities. When you take a shower, water drips all over the floor no matter how quick or careful you are (the toilet seat gets wet, too) and you have to dry it off using a special mop left there for this purpose. A simple curtain or, even better, some floor separators to keep the water within a certain area would be enough. But I guess it must be a traditional Bulgarian thing - we've encountered this small but annoying issues many cities and places we've been to (even at some hotels).

Fabulous apartment, really enjoyable stay in Sofia
Pros: The apartment was absolutely lovely - really spacious and very clean and modern. It is in a brilliant location, a quiet area but next to a metro that takes you into the centre and also straight to the airport. You can actually walk into the centre as it is not that far. The apartment was well-stocked and had everything we needed, and also has a dishwasher and a washing machine which we found really helpful. It was quite hot while we were staying in Sofia, so the electronic shutters on all the windows really helped. There is a large shopping centre nearby with a big well-stocked supermarket in the basement.
Cons: Nothing.

A place that feels like home. Great taste.
Pros: It felt very much like a home, could've easily stayed longer. Two toilets and two bedrooms. Good and timely instructions to get in. Great access to the metro. Great coffee machine!
Cons: Very good waterpressure but I haven't quite figured out how to shower without making everything wet. The tram is going right past the house. You can hear and feel this well. At night it isn't riding though!
