Magnifying place, great and very cordial hospitality!

Pros: Really pleasant stay in a magical place, very warm hospitality of a nice cordial family, excellent home made fresh and delicious food! We are really thankful for this experience!

Cons: Everything is perfect!

The most beautiful place to stay! Feels like home!

Pros: Our stay was AMAZING! Iliana is the best host I have had so far in this trip to Bulgaria. She welcomed us with a big smile, showed us around and fed us some delicious food!! The hotel is family owned and the family does it all, but Iliana is such a hard worker, she’s running around the whole day, doing it all to make her guests feel like home. The room was beautifully decorated, and the whole place was clean and welcoming. I don’t think the photos make justice on how gorgeous this place is! The location is great, close to all the attractions in the area; the caves, hikes, Borino and Devin. I can’t recommend this place enough, we are so happy to have chosen it for our stay. Thank you so much Iliana for being such an amazing host and for making us feel so welcomed.

Cons: Everything was just beautiful!

Pros: I think this is the most welcoming hotel we've visited in Europe in the past 6 months, and we do travel a lot. The staff is superb, the owner, Iliana, is super friendly, nice, smiley, I felt like I'm visiting my cousin hehe. The room was big enough, bed comfy. Warm rooms, and very very clean facilities. You can see it was built ages ago, and maybe some furniture upgrade would be good, but it might lose its spirit. It is a family owned hotel, and everyone is really welcoming. Definitely have meal at the restaurant downstairs, food is so delicious! Freshly, homemade, big portions, and great value for money! Overall, we're definitely coming back there! ❤️

Cons: All was great. Maybe just prepare yourself for proper traditional Bulgarian breakfast. I wasn't ready for that lol. There's few things I don't eat, so ended up not having breakfast. But! Iliana, when she found out, offered to make me some eggs or omlet or whatever I wanted breakfast like, which was extrely sweet of her. We were a little in a rush, so I refused. My partner enjoyed the breakfast though. So I wouldn't say it's a minus, more like I should have told in advance that there's certain foods I don't eat.

Pros: Small family run hotel. Spacious rooms. Relaxed and quiet. Great location to explore the area. Amazing friendly hosts. Tasty traditional food, always fresh cooked with local products. Very good WiFi connection. We had a marvellous stay! Thank you so much, we'll be back 😊

Very friendly owner and a stunning location

Pros: The hotel is in a stunning location with beautiful cliffs surrounding it, and a stream running past the property. It is very close to some amazing hiking trails and only about a 10 min drive from Borino (supermarket etc). We could not have felt more welcome. We had breakfast (included) and dinner (extra) cooked freshly for us in the kitchen and they were delicious. This is a fantastic hotel!!

Excellent nature getaway; hotel combining coziness with hospitality

Pros: Cozy family hotel, delicious home made breakfast. The owners are lovely and accommodating. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful Rhodopes mountains

Cons: It can get cold in late autumn/winter in the parts of a flat not directly under AC (ex. bathroom).
