Nice stay in Sofia

Pros: - very easy access and the instructions for check-in were clear - spacious bathroom with really cool design - spacious room with comfortable bed - friendly and helpful host: when I asked for an additional heater because of the cold, it literally took them just five minutes to get me one - good location

Pros: The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and gorgeous.

Pros: It was clean and bed was comfortable. Position was close to the city center and to subway, too. Indications were clear even if the pics the guest sends are not updated. Bathroom has powerful and big shower.

Cons: The apartment is next to a bar (the windows are literally 3mt distant from the tables, you can see and hear the customers). After 10pm there has been a quiet situation (I don't know if there's an agreement or a rule, but I appreciated), but the bar is officially open until 02am and the lights are on until that hour. There are no blinders, just some curtains, so the lights of the bar enters the room. Also, to reach the apartment, I felt a little uncomfortable been so close to the tables, even if I had the feeling that nobody cared about me coming and going.

Convenient for a short stay in Sofia center

Pros: Right next to the main pedestrian road of Sofia Great renovated apartment of an old building keeping its unique style Bathroom was really great and impressive, but could be a little but cleaner

Cons: Kitchen could be a little more convenient if it had a sink and a tap with drinkable water Self check-in info were a little bit tricky, you have to go through a cafe to get to the apartment But the bartender of that cafe was really eager to help us find the room and have a pleasant stay

All in all, an awesome place, we recommend it and will likely come back the next time we visit Sofia.

Pros: The apartment was nice and stylish. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was really big and convenient. The location is awesome. There are metro stations nearby that allow you to easily arrive from anywhere and reach various places fast. The National Palace of Culture is within 15 minutes of walking distance and there are plenty of shops nearby for food and coffee. The check-in was very easy, you just pick up the key from the box when you arrive, no need to wait for anyone, same with the check-out. There was a TV in the room and some basic appliances. The temperature was okay, even though we didn’t find an air conditioner.

Cons: To go inside of apartment 3 and 4, you have to go through the Get Tipsy bar, which feels a bit weird, but you can easily get used to it. What we found troubling is that there are a lot of noises coming from the bar. Even though it closes before midnight, there were loud noises, presumably from cleaning the bar after it closes, that were waking us up as we tend to go to sleep early. Also having people sitting in the bar just outside of the window of the bathroom feels a bit uncomfortable if you want to open the window and let some air in. Lastly, it’s a small detail, but there was a lot of dust on the pictures that were hanging on the wall.

Pros: Had a great stay! The location was perfect, close to everything needed. The place was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend 😊

Nice property with the added bonus of a nice cafe/bar literally on your doorstep

Pros: Convenient location, ideal base for exploring, comfy

Cons: Kettle didn’t work, no handrail on stairs outside

Pros: The place is very stylish and in the perfect location to go and explore Sofia. The hosts were so nice, checking in and checking out was easy and we loved the apartment!

Perfect short-stay place in the heart of Sofia

Pros: Great location, very clean and nicely decorated place, easy to find with the instructions, provided by the hosts, quiet. The extra heater in the room was a great addition for a winter stay!

Cons: The place is perfect if you need it for a few days. Keep in mind that you won't have much space for luggage, so in case you are staying for more than a couple of days or bring big suitcases, it might not be the best choice for you.

Pros: The place is very clean and provided us with everything we needed! Also, the area is very good, in the centre & everything is in walking distance! Totally recommend & hopefully, visit again :)
