Perfect summer escape

Pros: The hotel is at a perfect location to relax and forage. It is a great escape during the summer, there is a trampoline for the kids and the staff is extremely nice! We had also a view to Snezhanka.

Pros: Everything was perfect.The apartment was very clean.the staff was very helpful.my child got ill during the holiday, they even offered to find a doctor and have my child examined.the hotel has all the abilities.this year internet connection was also very good. Of course Nadia and his son were very polite and helpful

Good for the price

Pros: Good location with parking. Nice view in forest. We enjoyed the fireplace.

Cons: The couch was not the one in pictures, it was a different one which was not so comfortable. Towels were not enough he had to ask for more. Nothing too bad in general. Breakfast was not that good, we expected better breakfast. We had to buy from Supermarket for our breakfast in the end.

Pros: First of all, thank you, Atanas, for making our stay so enjoyable! We had great and relaxing time! Some details : The hotel is in the middle of the forest. It has a number of amenities on-site. The atmosphere in the restaurant was fantastic and the food was delicious, made with fresh and high quality products. The apartment had everything we needed. The terrace was large and drinking your coffee there early in the morning was the absolute best experience.

Pros: Exceptional staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is well maintained and cosy. Good value for money.

Cons: Only slight inconveniences - no Wi-Fi in the rooms (pribvided upon request by staff!) and single beds for couples (in our case).

Pros: Good and quiet location in the heart of the mountain. Stunning view from the big balcony (top floor). Really large sitting/dining room with a kitchenette area and two good size bedrooms with wardrobes, bedside tables and dressing tables. The menu in the restaurant is a bit limited, but the food is really tasty, high quality on affordable price and in a cozy atmosphere. Cleanliness in the apartment.

Cons: The bathroom was quite large, but the shower corner with the curtain was small and without facilities for keeping toiletries. Having Wi-Fi would be a great addition to the facilities in the rooms.
