Designer flat, great comfort

Pros: Fantastic apartment in a brand new building. Lots of designer's thought has gone into furnishing it out. It even had a Christmas tree for the season! Everything inside is high quality and carefully selected so it matches with the rest of the design. High ceilings create the impression of space.

Cons: Aircon doesn't seem to have the power to properly heat the flat. Warming it up took quite a bit of time

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean, modern, and stylish. It was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location is excellent, close to the city center, yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was great; they were very responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. It was truly a pleasure to stay here – we would definitely come back!

Pros: Absolutely perfect stay in Sofia! This apartment was everything we hoped for and more. The location is fantastic— close to subway - 15mins to airport and 30 mins to city center. Area is quiet and peaceful. The space itself is modern, cosy, and beautifully decorated, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Super clean and well-equipped! Our host was absolutely lovely—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. It really made a difference in our stay. We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Sofia. A true gem! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clean, tidy, lux, safety and lovely.

Pros: I had a great stay at this apartment with my child. It’s located in a quiet and secure gated complex, and the rooms are bright and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and the garden is lovely — perfect for relaxing. There’s also a very nice playground in the complex, which was great for my child to play safely. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need. The housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent — just a 5-minute walk to the Druzhba metro station, a big supermarket, restaurants, and a fitness center. The transfer to the airport was very fast and cheap. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Просторная ухоженная квартира с одной спальней. Нас было двое взрослых и один ребенок. Было удобно и комфортно.

Cons: Как это распространено в Болгарии, в ванной после того, как примешь душ, всё мокрое. Нет ни шторки, ни стеклянной перегородки. Неясная инструкция, как попасть на парковку. Пришлось звонить собственнику, чтобы уточнить. Наверное, нужно написать поподробнее или добавить фотографии в инструкцию.

Pros: Страхотен апартамент, стилно обзаведен с всичко необходимо за приятен престой. Има собствено паркомясто. Препоръчвам.

Pros: Изключително уютно и чисто място , модерно обзавеждане и перфектна чистота. Много тих и спокоен квартал. Метростанцията е на 5 мин. от адреса на настаняване.
