Murite Park Hotel

Great value for money, good hotel! Would recommend to others, but wouldn’t come back myself due to the location.

Pros: We had a great stay at the hotel, had good and big enough appointment. Polite members of the staff. Dealt and responded quickly with any issues. Nice and fairly clean.

Cons: Didn’t like the positioning of the spa, especially sauna and pool at the different levels. After the sauna you would want to cool your self but there is no option only shower, or you have to walk upstairs to the swimming pool which or warm or thermal bath outside which is warm again, so you really missing that great contrast between hot and cold. Where is at other spas you can put yourself straight away in cool /ice poll. Pool is overcrowded during weekends. Breakfast has good choice , but everyday is the same, would recommend more options for kids with some porridge or pancakes. Location of the hotel not the best, you must have a car if you wish to visit Bansko. Also when checking in wish the staff guide you a bit more, with more information where things are , what time and how to get there especially if people visiting for the first time, as you have to ask all the yourselves. Some cosmetic and cleaning touches needed.

All at all a great experience if you want a good food and a calm stay.

Pros: Awesome dining experience. Spa center was very good. All at all everything was fine.

Cons: The room had a kitchen, but it was missing essential items such as cutlery and other basic utensils. Also, there was no hairdryer in the bathroom, but when we asked, they have provided one.

Pros: The swimming pool and the spa and cafeteria and the loby

Pros: Large 2 bedrooms appartment. Good mattresses. Warm enough. Nice pool ( crowded in the evening). A lot of little kids. We had one, too. ;-)

Cons: The food was good BUT each and every time the food was cold. We had breakfast and dinner. The soup, the egs, the steak, everything was cold . Very unsatisfactory. Too bad because the food was tasty enough... There is a safe box in appartment but you can not use it ( it is only for the owner use). Two years ago there were two kinds of sauna. Not anymore... Not even one... :-/

Pros: Модерно уреден хотел на само 10 минути со кола до центар. Преубав поглед од соба и богат доручек.

Pros: The room was nice and spacious. Cleaning was good, on an everyday basis. The jacuzzi was really nice. Breakfast and dinner also very good. The personnel was polite and helpful. We also really enjoyed the party for New year's Eve.

Cons: Many employees didn't speak English. You can't run a 4 stars hotel and have employees who don't speak English. The pool area was really crowded. The room had a kitchen (sink, washing machine but no tumble dryer, oven and kitchen) but absolutely NO cooking pans, dishes or knives and forks , which means that we couldn't actually use it. When we mentioned that at the reception, they informed us that these could be provided upon request and we would have to pay for them. I think that wasn't right. If you mention in the hotel's facilities that the room has a kitchen , this kitchen must also be operational. Otherwise don't provide a kitchen.

Pros: Very kind staff and very clean facilities Nice food Nice indoor pool

Cons: The quality of the non alcoholic drinks included in the all inclusive package

Pros: Basically the hotel is fine, we got room number better than was booked.
