Apartment Airport Sofia

Pros: Great location close to the airport within a 5 min walk

Pros: 400 meters, 5 min walk from terminal 1. Clean and very comfortable apartment. We were staying there just overnight before vert early flight from Terminal 1. It's based on remote check in (you get instructions with enter 4 digits code by nail). Be aware that It is impossible to come by car close to the apartment due to the electrical gate, unless someone will wait for you there to open it for you.

A pleasant surprise!

Pros: Handy location for terminal 1 next morning it's a easy walk. The apartment was good value for money and plenty of room. Adjustable Aircon, easy to use television, in the kitchen was a microwave to heat your food and a fridge to keep your beer cold. Bed was comfy, I'd definitely use this apartment again.

Cons: Having to initially call the owner to have the outer door opened but in fairness it was straightforward enough in the end.

Pros: Clean and spacious. Easy check-in. Just in front of Terminal 1. Can make coffee and tea.

Cons: A bit of a dark road at night, but that's alright.

Serves a purpose, but I was surprised at how high the latest prices are

Pros: Since my last stay this place has added remote check in. When I first stayed here they had to come and meet you at the property to let you in. Now you just call them when you are outside and they can remotely let you into the building. From there you use a lockbox to access the apartment. A very good addition.

Cons: The biggest plus to this property is that it's walkable from [both terminals of] the airport, so if you're arriving after/departing before public transport begins then it ticks a box. The pricings for new bookings appear to have gone up quite steeply though. Personally, I'm not sure I'd pay the new price when somewhere like Hotel Montecito does private transfers for as little as 10 lev.

Excellent place for arriving later or leaving early from terminal 1

Pros: Excellent if arriving at terminal 1- very close and easy next day to take the bus into city centre. Very clean and comfortable place

Cons: No fault of the owner but arriving later at night the streets are very dark

Lovely location

Pros: Clean and convenient. Really easy access to Terminal 1 by 5 minutes walk and to Terminal 2 by a free shuttle bus. Highly recommended for odd hour flights.

Cons: Everything was fine.

Pros: The location was perfect if you were not going to stay in Sofia for a long time and would like to be close to the airport. Although there is no Metro there, transfers between T1 and T2 where the Metro is are every 30 min. Shuttle bus from T1 to T2 is on whole hour and 30 min past and opposite direction 15 and 45 min past.

Cons: Beds are a bit narrow and short, even for a person like me of 1.78 cm.
