A1. Could not have expected more. Highly recommended.

Pros: Great Spot. Nikolay (Host) was very gracious and helpful. The room was excellent value for money and had everything we needed. Great communication from Nikolay and he helped a lot with navigating the city, skiing requirements etc

Cons: I have nothing negative to say. The room was exactly what was required and the host was excellent.

Perfect location, clean and well organized room

Pros: The rooms were super clean and very well organized. we felt comfortable the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Gondola with super easy access to the slopes, and everywhere, which made everything so convenient. We thank to hotel owner a lot — he was incredibly kind and helpful during both check-in and check-out. He helped us find a taxi when it was almost impossible to get one. We truly appreciated his support and hospitality. This will definitely be our go-to place every time we visit Bansko.

Pros: The property is conveniently located close to the ski zone and the pedestrian street (Pirin St.), with easy access to supermarkets open until 10:00 PM. The host was very welcoming and provided all the necessary information, which proved to be extremely helpful during our stay. Also, very helpful that we have good and free parking.

Pros: 5 minutes walk to old town, 20 minutes walk to bus station. Excellent WiFi internet. Lovely kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, egg boiler but no stove. Not to forget the great owner, provide the best advice, easy WhatsApp communication, highly recommended
