Zigen House

Pros: The hosts were incredibly friendly and helped us organise different things - ski passes, restaurants etc. Great breakfast which changed everyday and was good value for money. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Pros: Beautiful accomodation! Great location not far from the centre. Very clean and modern. With breakfast area being a beautiful rustic area cozy lit with fireplace. Room was well heated and bathroom too.

Cosy and sweet

Pros: We had an economy room booked but Dimitri upgraded us to a room with a balcony top floor and the views of the mountains were spectacular. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and cleaned everyday and towels were also changed. Dimitri and his wife are nice and friendly. The house is cosy. And it is also only 15 min walk from everything you need for skiing. We will definitely come again!

Pros: Everything was excellent as always. The hosts kindly waited for us even though we arrived very late, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend the delicious breakfast.

O oprire senzationala in Bansko

Pros: The cabin is very beautiful, very well arranged. Everything is done with good taste in the style of the area where we are I appreciated the impeccable cleanliness of the entire building, not just the room. The staff was a 10. They called us before arriving to tell us that they were waiting for us at the accommodation to give us the key. They asked us if we wanted them to heat our outdoor bathtub because it was cool. We will definitely return to this accommodation. Thank you for everything!

Cons: The shower in the bathroom of room no. 7 did not have the best drainage system and you could wet the whole bathroom. But with a little care everything is ok. This is not an impediment for anyone. Maybe in the future an anti-slip mat would be good.

Pros: One more time everything was perfect. The stuff I s very friendly and the room always clean. Thanks for the free room upgrade!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful friendly little guesthouse

Pros: Breakfast was amazing and great value for money. Dimitri and his wife were so friendly and welcoming. The fire was always lit and the rooms were lovely and warm, comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Cons: Nothing we didn't like, everything was excellent!

Zigen a great quite family clean hotel.

Pros: Very friendly owners. Very clean and comfortable. Needs modern electrical upgrade to do thing like charge mobile phones with USB wall sockets. The kind owner did lend me an adapter but dedicated standard USB wall chargers would be a great advance.

Cons: I had to ask for tea etc. It used to be in all the rooms next to the kettle but no longer. Hower ever i was shown where to get the tea etc in the breakfast room. The breakfast has significantly inceased in price whilst the available chioice gas also been reduced since I last stayed. Still a great family chalet styje hotel.

Pros: Great little hotel. Clean, modern and comfortable. Friendly owner. Easy parking on the street. Very good value for money!

Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: Very helpful owner and family, we were very late arriving and one of our group was unwell. Dimitar helped store our bikes safely and enabled a late check out for our ill friend. Comfortable apartment, good breakfast.

Cons: Bit tricky to find as the name outside is in Bulgarian Cyrillics and does not directly match the name on Booking.com. But this is a minor problem, the stay at Zigen House was very good.
