Super Location

Pros: We stayed here for two weeks in a spacious one bedroom apartment, it served out needs well, we were able to prepare simple breakfast and dinners with the two hobs. Communication was very good through WhatsApp as we extended our stay. The location can't be beaten for ski-ing, a quite street just off the main street with all bars and restaurants. The most important facility for us was the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room after a long day on the slopes. We will be back..

Pros: Helpful and cheerful staff. Very spacious apartment. Quiet location. Easy walk to gondola ski lift. Good sauna and steam room. Adequate kitchen facilities in the apartment. Easy parking.

Cons: No real problems. Some of the furniture was a little old and worn.

Great stay, comfy nights sleep in a good location for a decent price.

Cons: A little thing to improve: the spa was said to open for using but nothing is turned on so it would have taken long time to get them heated up so we didn't use it

Pros: We felt at home from the very first moment. We came late, but everything was arranged for our late check-in. Thanks a lot. We would stay again at this estate.

Great value for money

Pros: Property is located just couple of minutes from the centre of Bansko. There are spa facilities which might be used by the guests all day long. The room is spacious.

Cons: The rooms need some renovation. They dont have a full day Reception which might be a problem for someone However, the lady is replying quick so it is not a big deal.

Pros: The room is big, enough for families with one/two kids. - Everything is clean and every two days they change the towels, bedsheets and clean the room. - The kitchen is equipped with everyhting you need for cooking and eating. - Well heated rooms. - Beautiful view from the room balcony/windows. - The jacuzzi and the saunas were a big plus after a day of skying. Also the play room for the kids and the table tennis (all free of charge). - Close to the gondola (7 minutes walk). - Attentive and responsive personnel. - 3 parking spots in the courtyard. - Excellent quality-price ratio.

Cons: The beds are a little unconfortable, especially the extensible sofa in the living room, which is 120 cm wide (not enough for 2 adults). We liked that we were given an extra matress to put it above the sofa, to make it more confortable. - The furniture needs small repairs.

Pros: Nice warm apartment, very close at center and clean ! Price is very good.
