Pros: Beautifully designed place. The location is perfect. I even booked another night extra. The staff was super helpfull and nice to me. The bed was super comfy. I wish I saw the watercooker earlier, its in the hallway. And i guess i couldve used it. Easy to check in/out get in/ out. Yes the door when leaving.. just push as hard as you can. The bar downstairs is so luxurious. I sat at the outside terrace without having to order anything. Amazing spot. Free coffees available. Thanks a lot to the owner

Cons: In the weekend its busy in the streets and the walls are thin so just a bit noisy

Pros: Good location,whereabouts bohemian part oft he town .Very clean and cute room .Kind people around house when u need help

A nicely done and maintained hotel in a very good location.

Pros: Excellent location, on a street full of restaurants but just off a more major road, so easy to access. Nicely done hotel. Had a very nice Negroni one evening.

Cons: My room was in the eves of the building, so I couldn't stand up straight in about 1/3 of the room, or the bathroom (including where the sink is. Also, could they make an arrangement with one of the restaurants to provide a breakfast service? Breakfast was surprisingly difficult to find.

A fantastic little place / Beware the staircase!

Pros: Cleanliness. Especially the bathroom. Friendliness of staff, too.

Cons: Minor gripe - I wasn't aware they were digging up the road outside the guesthouse. Major - parking availability. The closest parking location cost me half of what I paid for the room alone (out in the open). Not ideal, but in a pinch, it's an option.

Excellent choice to experience the charm of Kapana

Pros: The room was like a mini junior suite with separate sitting area. Really great complimentary products. Very clean and tidy

Cons: A tiny bit rough around the edges. Some dust under furniture and bathroom in need of a deep clean.

Great place for a good stay in Kapana, Plovdiv

Pros: Great place in the heart of Kapana. Very clean and very comfortable. Very helpful and friendly host. I had a problem with the digital locks and the codes, but the host acted quickly and helped me, for which I am grateful.

Cons: The room was kinda small, but had everything that you might need for a great stay. It was looking over the cafe so it got a bit noisy in the evening.

Recommend completely.

Pros: Really lovely decor and very welcoming staff. The guest house has just been taken over by new owners, but the photos on review websites etc still accurately reflect the lovely decoration. We had one very spacious room with a sofa and table at one end, and a small double. The new owners plan a cocktail bar downstairs (we were sad it wasn’t already open), and were so friendly and welcoming. They could not do enough to help us. Great breakfast. Location fantastic- so central to the tourist sites and restaurants.

Cons: Really there was nothing not to like - there is a fairly main road close by, which you could hear through the double glazing from the room that looked that way, but it wasn’t very loud. No lift - which may be an issue for visitors with disabilities. But owners very keen to help carry bags upstairs!

Good value but well appointed guest house in heart of lively Kapana district

Pros: Attractive building & decor, comfortable single rooms witb double beds. Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast & accommodated early breakfast when requested for early checkout. Central & veey near good restaurants

Cons: Poor wifi, noisy on first night as room above one of main nightlife streets, but just the restaurant /bar crowds on a Saturday, & the lively atmosphere was also part of attraction, so no problem unless really light sleeper.
