Pros: The stuff were amazing and the location is really great in the ideal centre

Pros: Amenities, location, tidiness, cleanliness - all 10 out of 10.

Cons: Nothing. Only the fact that our stay was planned to be this short.

Pros: Location, decor, sofa bed in lounge rather than 3 beds in one room (a couple and grandchild sharing). Outside patio area which had sun both early morning and late afternoon. Coffee and tea provided. We were in Room 1

Cons: Needed a code to access hotel and room which was not provided. Fortunately staff on site able to sort, but had we arrived later could have been an issue.

Pleasant stay at the heart of the nicest city in Bulgaria.

Pros: Perfect location! Fantastically CLEAN! Beautifully designed and restored! Amazing mural art on the walls! Plenty of amenities! Close to everything! Short walks are producing plenty of pleasant experiences and memories. We will be back with lighter luggage next time.

Cons: 1. The front door needs an awning or other means to protect customers from the rain while working with the numeric pad to enter the code and open the door. 2. Property description needs to clearly state - there are three floors with relatively narrow staircase. Considering that there is no staff or hotel porter on site, this is especially important for customers with heavy luggage. 3. Property description needs to clearly state - not all rooms have patios/terraces.

If you want to explore the city center on foot, this is your place

Pros: Very centrally located. Walking distance to all main points of interest. Modern and stylish, warm in the winter. Espresso coffee machine in the room. Very easy to check in and out, get in and out of the room at any time without the need to meet any staff. Possible to park on the street for free on nights and weekends (otherwise there are paid parking lots nearby but they might be full so beware).

Cons: Unfortunately, some furniture was broken and not repaired.

Boutique hotel in a great location

Pros: A very pleasant stay at this boutique hotel. The room had all the comforts you could wish for with a very good w-ifi and air-conditioning. Location is quiet but still very central. We never saw any staff as the check-in is via a code. Location is unbeatable near all the major attractions of the old town and the restaurants of Kapana.

Cons: When the sofa bed was opened it blocked part of the room but that was a minor issue.
