Pros: The decor, atmosphere and general ambiance of the house is amazing. It is clean, well-dtocked and cozy. The outside grounds are big, well-keot and beautiful, with an amazing view of the mountain from the yard. Would highly recommend!

Pros: This is the best place we have ever stayed in. The house is amazing, it is very clean, comfortable and cosy. We loved the fireplace. The kitchen is very well equipped. The host was lovely, friendly and helpful. There is a huge garden that I can’t wait to come back for in the summer. Definitely recommend this place! :))

One of the most amazing guest houses we’ve been in Bulgaria.

Pros: It was our second visit to this house. We loved it the first time and glad to say that we are loving it now as well. The property is perfectly clean, all facilities are in great condition. We had a great time and will be back for sure.

Country house full of charm

Pros: Beautifully decorated, kitchen well-furnished and many available activities/toys for kids.

Cons: Worth noting the third room is accessed from the outside and not the main house, and wi-fi doesn’t reach that room. Mattresses are too soft sinking in them and while the couch is very nice, it’s uncomfortable discouraging cozy time in the living room. Most country houses we have stayed in have a washing machine to wash clothes after a hike etc. except this one and for us it was a major downside.

Spacious house with big yard.

Pros: The house is restored beautifully. The bedrooms are spacious, the living room is big and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with pans and cutlery, there is a supermarket nearby, the neighbourhood is safe and friendly, the garden is huge and relaxing, 2 cats are in the yard, easy access to the house, books, boardgames provided in the house.

Cons: Points to consider, not that they are disdvantages: The house is made of stone and when we visited in 21-23.03 it was a bit cold in the house for my taste. There is one fireplace that warms up the whole house, that is why we brought slippers- maybe the owner can consider leaving slippers for the guests to feel much at home. The upper and lower floors are connected with a staircase- which means that there is not a big privacy in the bedrooms- you can hear what is happening downstairs in the living area loud and clear. The staircase is dangerous for smaller kids, because it doesn't have a dense protective rail-we were with 6 and 7 year olds and again were not feeling ok while they climbing the stairs.

Pros: The house was fantastic. Massive garden, interesting interior, lots of space inside and out.

Truly unique stay in Karlovo

Pros: The entire place is something else, a real gem! The interior design is something that I could write a whole chapter on and the mix between the materials and the furniture chosen really makes you feel cosy and welcome. All the available facilities were at hand and we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The cleanliness of the entire place was on point. We made great use of the huge outdoor space during the day with the blossomed trees and serenity of the secluded location adding to the overall peaceful atmosphere. We would love to visit again and have recommended it to our friends and family.

Cons: We had an issue with the heating using the fireplace but luckily it was sorted out promptly by the host who was just a phone call away.

Unforgetable

Pros: Everything!!! Amazing connection between wood, metal and stone.
