Pros: The place was as nice as I expected. The place is perfect for relaxing around the greenery and some cute cats. We arrived at the location escaping the 37 degrees in Sofia to meet 23 degrees in Garmen. The town was affected by a big hail storm, an exceptional event, and the owner did his best to make sure everything was clean and perfect cleaning no stop for 2 days. We really enjoyed to visit the places around like Leshten and Kovachevitsa. We also ordered a dinner the 2nd night, vegetable bean soup. The food arrived on time, warm and a nice delicious portion. I definitely recommend this place.

Pros: Everything was fabulous, great sense of privacy, various options for outdoor activities, great pool, amazing nature and very responsive staff. Our stay exceeded our expectations, will definitely be back!

Pros: We stayed in the room Acacia. We really enjoyed the large living room with the fire place. Despite the fact the house is so big it was always warm and comfortable. We really liked the food provided by the hotel. The garden is amazing for kids with many activities for them to play. We are looking forward to going back there this summer

Great for a relaxing holiday
Pros: Charming villa, amazing food and an accommodating host.
Cons: The bed on the 2nd floor consisted of 2 mattresses pushed together, which we didn't like.

Pros: Very nice place, the houses, the big yard and pool area are well maintained. The bed is very comfortable, bathroom is spacious. The staff is very responsive. Dinner and breakfast are ordered in advance and are very tasty.
Cons: Maybe a little more information of what to expect and prepare in advance or at least better presentation on arrival would be useful. -They explained that dinner and breakfast are ordered in advance and sent me the link with the menu but we didn’t look in details and chose what to order for breakfast until we checked in. It occurred that there is no beverages on the menu, no coffee, no juice. It’s good that they had some coffee in the kitchen (lavaza box was empty, only Nova Brazilian was left), but it’s better to prepare and bring yourself the things you like - coffee, milk, etc. - Another downside of the menu is that some things can be prepared for 2 persons or 4 persons only, there are no single options so we had to share the same plates and we couldn’t try more and different things. At least what we tried was delicious. -they didn’t tell us where exactly the food is delivered and we had to ask and search for it. -when we checked out I was asked “how was your stay” and answered the question honestly, that it was very nice but it would be better if we had all the information and not wondering where is the food for example. The host told me that people who stay longer are very well explained all the details. So I guess my one night stay seemed somehow unimportant. -the payment for the food is preferably cash only. Anyway it’s very good value for money if you know what to expect.

We had a great weekend away. Definitely recommend.
Pros: We enjoyed pretty much everything from our stay. It’s a very quiet and calm place, where you feel in touch with nature. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The thing that stands out the most is the food - extremely delicious, made out of fresh products. Moreover, they bring it to your chalet, so you can enjoy your meal and a glass of French wine in private. When it comes to the chalet, it has all the essentials you need. The bed was very comfortable and the outside area was perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning and romantic dinner.
Cons: Nothing specific.

Чудесно местенце
Pros: Много уютно местенце.Определено бих го препоръчала на приятели. Собственика беше много любезен,закуската вкусна макар и на малко по-висока цена.Дворът е добре поддържан,много просторен с хубави беседки и барбекю.Стаята ни беше чиста и всичко си отговаряше както на снимките.
Cons: Единственото нещо,което не ми допадна беше басейна.Видяхме,че вечер го покриват и пускат машина,която да чисти дъното,но все пак не беше чист и не се възползвахме от него. Всичко останало беше чудесно:)

Pros: Страхотно място, тихо, спокойно, чисто, имаше всички удобства, необходими за приятна семейна почивка. Ще се върнем.
Cons: Единствено хавлиите не ни достигнаха- 2 големи и две малки за 4 член но семейство, нямаме други забележки.

Pros: Много приятно място за почивка - хубав зелен двор с различни кътове за малки и големи. Собствен паркинг, любезни домакини и удобна локация - съвсем наблизо се намират Огняново, Лещен и Ковачевица, както и няколко забележителности в Гърмен. Много ни хареса банята и ваната с панорамна гледка към гората. Локацията има и удобна обща кухня, както и възможност за поръчване на храна, от което не се възползвахме, но наблизо се намира и чудесен гръцки ресторант. Препоръчваме!
Cons: Има следи от амортизация по някои неща, но цялостно мястото е много хубаво.
