This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at during my travels

Pros: This is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! While the facilities are great, it was Dina at the front desk who truly made my stay unforgettable. She is incredibly professional, attentive, and efficient. From the moment I walked in, her genuine smile and warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Dina is a true star and raises the bar for excellence in service!

Cons: not

Pros: The place was as advertised - everything was clean, quiet and warm. The beds had a heating pad underneath which was excellent after the cold snowy weather outside. Nobody was loud, people were respecting each others boundaries which was just what I wanted. The place is close to a LIDL shop and close to trams, within a walking distance from the central bus station. Shoutout to Dina, she was very attentive to everything I needed, great host!

Pros: It was my first hostel in my life. I was a little bit scared because of shared rooms but the rules that are apply in the hostel obligates visitors to be quiet from 22:00 till 9:00. Also you cannot drink alcohol or smoke. It was very quiet. Furthermore it was pretty clean, there was a hot water everywhere. The personnel was very nice and friendly. They even asked me if I want a coffee in the morning! What's more, the bed does have a heater ❤️‍🔥 So even in winter it was very warm for me! Additional benefit is free coffee and tea in the kitchen, and cacao!

Comfy and clean

Pros: Everything was fine! The hostel is extremely clean and the staff is very helpful and welcoming, you can leave your luggage after an early check-in or check-out, and they offer some day trips from Sofia. In the common areas it's cold but whenever I asked they turned on the heating system in my room. Wifi might be weak sometimes, but overall it works well. The location is perfect, in the city center of Sofia, safe and very silent at night! And supermarkets are just around the corner. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby. So, I had a very pleasant stay :)

Great stay, good location, very friendly and helpful hosts

Pros: Hosts Angela & Borja were great, good beds, roomy rooms, great location!

Cons: Only 2 toilets and 2 showers, kitchen was a little small but didnt bother me.

Pros: The amazing lady that runs the place is anytime available to meet your needs!

Best hostel in town

Pros: Everything!! Central location, spacious rooms, kitchen facilities & clean. Most of all, the lady at the reception!! So friendly and helpful!! Nina thank you for everything, you are the best!!!

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Nina and the staff are great. Silent hours are REALLY respected, which I loved.

I stayed at this hostel on two separate occasions so I would absolutely return.

Pros: I didn't have the breakfast but the location was excellent, it was only a short walk away from many of the main attractions such as the Banya Bashi Mosque, the Regional History Museum, the many many historical churches, etc.

Cons: Honestly, I had no complaints with the hostel, the staff were lovely, the facilities were more than adequate, perhaps my only gripe was the simple shower curtain that separated the shower from the rest of the bathroom.
