Good value for value

Pros: The managers were very flexible to receive us at a very late hour and allowed us to use a staff room to allow us a very lare checkout The location was both in the center and quite close to the ski site.

Cons: The ad talked about a safe and a place to heat food - we did not find any of these

A wonderful stay in a charming hotel – we would happily return again.

Pros: The hotel is extremely cozy and stylish, with an authentic alpine atmosphere. The location is perfect, right in the center of Bansko, within walking distance of everything. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable. We truly felt welcome during our stay.

Pros: Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης, καθαρά δωμάτια και μπάνια, άριστη σχέση ποιοτητηας τιμής (value for money)

Cons: Το μαξιλάρι ήταν πολύ σκληρό και θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει ένα διαχωριστικό στο μπάνιο για να μην γεμίζει νερά

Cons: Τα δωμάτια δεν έχουν ψυγείο, επίσης υπάρχουν μόνο σκάλες για να ανεβεί κανείς στους ορόφους.
