Nice place for mountain vacation in summer time

Pros: Very big room. Excellent food. Very nice staff. The outdoor swimming pool was big enough.

Cons: The furniture is a little outdated. Bathroom need renovation

perfect location for a weekend

Pros: Perfect location for a weekend in the middle of nature, enough space. The large pool is only seasonal, the water is still cold, but the indoor pool as well as the small outdoor pool are heated. Sufficient and fresh breakfast, dinner as well.

Cons: The menu at the restaurant is not even in English. At the indoor pool as well as at the small outdoor one, people jump and do not take into account the fact that the space is limited and can disturb other people inside, this fact has nothing to do with the hotel staff but could be a person for supervision,

Perfect relaxing escape!

Pros: It was peaceful and quiet. Nice spa facilities. Not overcrowded. I had very good massage. Good breakfast and dinner selection. Not expensive wine list. Good surprise! We’ll go again!

Pros: Близо до Троян и до ски писта Сима. Просторна и топла стая. Голям басейн. Вкусна храна.

Cons: Забавяне на закуската (блок маса). Бавно обслужване в ресторанта (30-40 мин. за салата). Вероятно персонала в кухнята е ограничен. Иначе вкусно готвят.

Pros: Топло и чисто. Денят, който си тръгнахме /бързахме, заради лошо време/, настояха и ни направиха закуска за път=мило и приятно! Благодарим!

Cons: На вторият ден закуската закъсня от обявения час, но персоналът се държа леко грубо и не ни уведоми, че малко по=късно ще има доста по= богат асортимент, от това което беше вече изкарано.

Pros: Закуската и вечерята бяха вкусни и достатъчни. Персонала беше учтив и приветлив. Басейна и джакузито са едно от най-важните неща за приятния престой в хотела. Мястото е перфектно за почивка от ежедневната динамика. Успех в бизнеса Ви!

Cons: Винаги ще се намерят критици, но ние не сме от тях. Продъжавайте в същия дух!
