Pros: Perfect location in the heart of the city,behind a beautiful authentic orthodox church. Very nice complex with 24 hours reception, well stocked bar and nice restaurant.The breakfast was tasty,the room was clean and the AC powerful enough. We will return again.

Pros: The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The staff were very kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Food was tasty with a good variety of options. Also, the property is pet-friendly, which I really appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant stay — I would happily return.

Pros: Близость к центру города и внутренний антураж с элементами старины, большой номер и наличие кипятка на ресепшине, чистота в номере, все связанное с электрооборудованием и сантехникой в отличном состоянии.

Cons: было чуточку тяжело найти расположение комплекса и проблема с паркингом, хорошо что загрузка отеля была не большая и парковочное место нашлось.

Pros: Отель расположен в исторической части города. В номере было все необходимое. В номере было тепло, несмотря на то, что на улице был мороз. Приятно удивила обстановка, соединившая в себе старинные предметы с чистотой и ухоженностью номера, лестниц и коридоров. Хороший вид был с балкона моего номера на центр города. В отеле есть ресторан, а рядом с отелем расположен ресторан национальной болгарской кухни - \

Cons: Отель предлагает завтраки, однако, хочу предупредить, что приготовление завтрака заняло 40 минут, необходимо иметь это ввиду, и заранее заказать, если Вы торопитесь по делам. Горячая вода в душевой пошла не сразу, пришлось слить сначала холодную, что заняло около пяти минут. Однако, после этого горячая вода шла без перебоев.
