Nice stay in Bulgaria

Pros: We arrived quite late, but the receptionist was very nice to us, sorted everything for us with the rooms quickly, and was incredibly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in the area that were still open at that time. The hotel is very central and easy to get to. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was satisfactory. I'd recommend for a short stay. The staff was very nice.

Cons: Our stay was very nice, but it's not the best hotel we've ever stayed in. If I am to be a critique, I'd say that the only things we didn't like was the fact that we didn't have many plugs in our room, and they were situation in weird places. I was not expecting to have an empty kitchen in the room, with a boiler and cups but no tea bags, while the restaurant is closed outside of breakfast (so pack some tea bags if you want a hot drink).

Pros: Clean and nice smaller room with A/C and small fridge. I stayed there 5 days. Regular daily cleaning, once after 3 days bed sheet and blanket changed + new towels. Breakfast were simple but ok, scrambbled eggs, saussage, salami, chesse. For me enough I need for breakfast. Location in the center with beer gardens around. If you have to stay in Botebgrad this hotel is a good choice. Good value for money.

Cons: I just missed the electric watter kettle so I can make myself a tea during the evening . It would be nice benefit if every room has one. Room description is not mentioning that it is included - so not a real claim. Just hint. Hotel has also swimming pool which is maybe under reconstruction. If this swimming pool is working in future it will be also big plus.

Pros: Great location with convenient parking nearby. Nice and comfy rooms, soft sheets and towels.

Pros: Everything was as expected. We stayed at this hotel for one night while in transit and had no issues. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep. Breakfast is okay, as expected on this price range, nothing fancy about it.

Nice place for a comfy rest

Pros: The hotel îs close to the high way, very convenient for transit to Greece. The underground parking offered a safe place to leave the car overnight.The room was spacious, extremely clean and seemed to be recently decorated. Everything was nice, modern and worked properly. The King size bed was very comfortable, with good quality matress. The receptionist who welcomed us, was helpful and kind. Because there is no restaurant at the hotel, she booked for us at Green House, a very good place to eat. The food was delicious. All in all, we spent a pleasant evening and had a good rest.

Cons: The only inconvenient thing was that we couldn't have breakfast at 7 a clock, although it was included in the booking price. Maybe this can be improved by opening earlier. .

Pros: The Hotel is in the center of the town. Bed is comfortable and nice bathroom.

Cons: The breakfast starts at 7.30am. We went there around 7.45am and anything was ready. Nobody was inside the dining room. We were waiting until half and hour until the display was ready. One lady from reception started to set up some food but we missed tongs, butter, etc We miss yogurt as well. The coffee machine was with the blanket cover on top which we didn’t know we could use it. Not much communication from the staff. There was another family sitting and waiting too.

Pros: The hotel is in the middle of the town and it has underground parking area. Room sizes are OK, hotel staff is helpful The breakfast could be better

Very nice.

Pros: Find this hotel by accident..but I can highly recommend . Modern rooms. Very accommodating and helpful staff . On my arrival the restaurant was fully booked for party ..but the owners were so nice and manage to sort out a dinner for me.
