Hotel Podkovata

Pros: A very nice and well-located hotel, quiet and peaceful. The on-site restaurant offers very tasty food and good beer. Extremely friendly staff, and a beautiful woman who was waiting for me saved my life, because even despite the late hour I was able to enjoy a delicious dinner. Thank you.

Excellent hotel and services.

Pros: Hotel placed in very beautiful area. Breakfast very tasty, a lot of options, all food prepared using bio vegetables and meat. Excellent dinner, local specialities very appreciated. Very good English of the personnel. All can be paid using bank cards. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Amazing location

Pros: The location is amazingly beautiful and quiet. The food very tasty (serbian kitchen). The room is big.

Cons: Very small bathroom, with no place for shower.

Pros: I was welcomed very friendly and they were very helpfull. I arrived a little bit later in the evening and they stil made excellent diner for me. Rooms are perfect and location is beautiful. I would recommend this place especially for the great authentic balkan/bulgarian food!

Pros: Comfortable room, nice staff, very delicious food. Breakfast included. Parking available.Suitable for horse enjoyers. Horse riding options. Pets are welcome with no extra payment.

Cons: Windows in our room were a bit small, so there was no view.

Excellent hotel

Pros: Maria excellent staff (should get a pay rise) Breakfast with a table full of food, and bread made that morning. Dog made most welcome

Great rural experience

Pros: Nice hotel part of a Ranch, outside of the city, but you reach it it less than 5 minutes by car. There is a small trail to do around there that takes you through the forest to a monastery with cows and goats outside, and then to some waterfalls, very nice. The hotel has a nice rural vibe with horses outside, and even a poney that hanged around the breakfast terrasse. We had dinner as well, restaurant was good and the service too, our waitress was super friendly. Room's equipment rather basic but sufficient for a one night stop over, and good value for money. Good breakfast served at the table, consists of an egg with vegetables, bread, ham, cheese and jam. Overall very nice place if you like a relax and rural experience. You can park right at the hotel.

Cons: Basic equipment in the room. Not a separate shower in the bathroom. Restaurant a bit pricy.

Pros: Food was delicious. Very good breakfast and for us more than we could eat. Very nice the surroundings. They have horses and poney that the kids can ride (cash is needed)

Pros: Excellent breakfast. Very supportive personel. We came late in the night, but we were met, and we got everything we needed.
