Dolna Bania Hotel

Not the best in the area, but definitely better than expected

Pros: - Great location, 20 minute drive from a big ski resort and away from the city pollution - Good sized rooms and beds - The Sauna room in the deluxe apartment was a pleasant surprise - Food in the restaurant is well priced and cooked - Great outdoor pools - Enough parking spaces - Priced below average for the area, yet does not lack too much

Cons: - There was barely enough staff, especially during the Christmas days, which lead to the issues below - While they changed our sheets once, in a week they did not clean our flat's floor or bathrooms at all - The breakfast is pretty basic and when there are many people down there at the same time - they can't keep up with topping up and bringing enough clean dishes and utensils - Security and order felt lacking. Guests were allowed to shout and party outside even after midnight - Which in combination with the thin walls - did not attribute for good night sleep - One of the outdoor pools had algae - The inner pool is boiling hot, making it unusable. And they don't let you mix the water as many times the tap water is muddy if there were rains in the area

Pros: The staff is super friendly! They made us feel welcomed! This place is great value for money! I would definitely visit again.

A good place for a family retreat!

Pros: Loved the big pool, and the hot one was perfect .. especially for the kids! The staff was friendly and always smiling!! The grenery surounding the complex was full of happily chirping birds and added to the relaxing facilities!

Cons: The food and drinks were a bit pricy. The quality was good, but too high for the quantity provided.

Pros: The pool is amazing, the breakfast is great, the beds are comfy and the staff was polite and kind.

Cons: Didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t control the room’s temperature. Also, some of the pool’s tiles have to be changed already. Didn’t like the fact that they don’t feed the cat and the dog who obviously live there and are very friendly. They even encourage their customers not to feed them. Poor things wouldn’t survive otherwise. :(

Приятен престой

Pros: Басейнът е чудесен. Отношението на персонала също. Зарадвахме се на сауната в апартамента. Като цяло беше много приятно преживяване.

Cons: Закуската е еднотипна, а на втория ден изобщо не ни предложиха зърнени закуски. Мебелировката е малко стара и скърцаща. Съотношението цена-качество може да се подобри. Разположението на хотела близо до главния път не е съвсем приятно, но все пак няма много шум, тъй като този път не е натоварен. Спа-центъра е скромен по размери, и липсваше питейна вода, което е важно при посещение на сауна.

Cons: Много добре ще бъде водата в големия басейн да е топла преди беше идеална но сега сме адски разочаровани да вземат мерки масово наши приятели на които сме препоръчал и те са разочаровани
