Pros: We were really happy with the breakfast. Nice areas and the rooms were good.

Cons: A bit expensive. 5-10 mins drive to the lifts with your car or with the hotel bus.

Very pleasant

Pros: Friendly staff, always there to help and make your stay very comfortable. Parking is free and there is a shuttle to drive you to the ski lifts for free, you just tell at the reception that you are ready to go ski and they call the shuttle to come and get you. Also the room we got had a view to the ski slopes.

Cons: Just a little too far out of centre to walk, needed to get taxi back to hotel if later than 5pm.

Great service, delicious food, and a comfortable atmosphere.

Pros: We recently enjoyed a wonderful weekend trip to Borovets at the Royal Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant was fantastic. We had breakfast included and chose to dine there for lunch and dinner. Every dish that came from the kitchen was delicious. This was our first time in Borovets, and the staff were extremely helpful. They answered all of our questions about hiking trails and ski options. They even offered to drive us to the ski zone and pick us up afterwards – a very nice complimentary service. The hotel also has a small sauna that can accommodate several people, which was a welcome treat after a long day of activities. Adding a spa area with showers would enhance the relaxation experience and be a fantastic addition to the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Royal and will visit again in the future.
