Bulgaria 🇧🇬

Overall, the atmosphere is pleasant, but hygiene and staff attitude need improvement.

Pros: Comfortable and warm room, pleasant atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was good.

Cons: The pool was cold and too small for everyone who wanted to use it. Breakfast was announced as being served until 10:00. While we were finishing our breakfast at 10:10, the staff came and rudely took away our cups and plates, even though there was still food left on them. In the morning, the housekeeping staff were noisy and entered rooms one after another. There were no “Do Not Disturb” signs available for the doors.

Pros: The whole hotel is very warm during the winter, including the indoor pool (with a water temperature of about 33°C), which is especially welcome for families with small children. The rooms are spacious.

Cons: It would be helpful if a kettle for hot water were provided in the room.

It was a nice hotel with great Spa.

Pros: The Spa was great - nice saunas, and swimming pool (the inside one) was okay - not very big and warm, but it was enough to chill and relax.

Cons: One of the barmen was not polite at all, didn't even say \

Pros: Good spa, great breakfast, the pool size is enough, you can feel/smell the chemicals in the water.

Highly Recommend

Pros: The hotel is probably recently renovated since everything looked new, or at least very well maintained. The staff were great and we are thankful for the hospitality and friendly attitude. Although the outdoors pool was closed for renovation (making a bigger one) we enjoyed the outdoors sun-beds in the jacuzzi area. There was a great variety of saunas and spa procedures and massages. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. Overall great value for the money.
