Pros: Big spa area with a lot of facilities. Quite clean, too. The rooms are spacious, beds were comfy.

Cons: Smoking (electronic cigarettes) was allowed in the main Restaurant, Lobby and also the SPA bar, which in my opinion is insane for a 5-star SPA hotel. We stayed for 6 days and the same music was playing at breakfast and dinner, it gets annoying, frankly. The food quality could have been a bit better - some of the dishes were a bit overcooked and greasy.

Cons: Late check in 15:00 causes the loss of many hours for people who sat single night

Pros: New, clean, comfortable hotel. Big and cosy room. Delicious food. Polite staff! Great pools and SPA! Charging stations for electric vehicles!

Pros: Very nice swimming pools. Also the spa centre is very good.

Cons: However, the swimming pools and spa facilities are not enough for such a big hotel with so many people. There were no chaise-longes for us at the outdoor swimming pool.

Wonderful stay with excellent hospitality and facilities

Pros: Booked this hotel for my parents and they had a wonderful stay. Excellent hospitality, top-notch service, great facilities, and delicious food. They loved every moment—highly recommend!

Cons: The only small suggestion for improvement - adding a clock by the outdoor pool, like the one in the indoor pool, would be helpful.

Pros: The SPA zone, the pool, the facilities. Very clean.

Cons: Staff is not enough - waited for a table for quite some time in the dining hours in the buffet section. Not enough waiters to clean the tables. Also in the restaurant next to the pool - only one server.

Pros: The hotel is lovely. The apartments are huge and well furnished. Most of the staff are helpful and accommodating. The food is great, especially the locally sourced products. We stayed at a time when the outdoor pools were not open, but the indoor ones were, and the water temperature was just right. Good spa facilities.

Cons: The fact that our room was not so easily accessible. Changing the lifts twice was a bit confusing. I imagine the place gets really crowded at weekends, and I am not sure the pools and the spa facilities are sufficient if the hotel operates at close to full capacity. Very expensive alcohol at the restaurant.
