A rare gem hidden away in the beautiful Bulgarian nature.

Pros: This hotel is such a rare gem 💎 that we feel lucky and blessed to have had the opportunity to be there and experience the beautiful surroundings, enjoying the nature, listening to the river next to the hotel, and the mineral pools - everything was absolutely amazing 👏. The staff were so polite and friendly, smile was 24 hrs on their face, and the food was delicious and affordable!

Pros: It is a lovely family run hotel, with all the staff very polite and caring to make sure your holiday is pleasant as possible. Pools and garden were excellent, really peaceful and quiet around there. There are many little attractions to visit in the area within 20-30 min by car.

Cons: Breakfast felt somewhat limited to a range of not very healthy range of options. Some of the items around the hotel need a little more care, missing handle, or wardrobe door not well fitting. Nothing much though.

Pros: I liked the location, the hotel, nature around it, it's yard. Also our room was excellent, spacious and clean, staff was very polite and friendly, breakfast was nice. Mineral water was amazing, with a discrete smell of Sulphur. We spent 6 nice days there and were sad that it didn't last longer. Unfortunately weather was bad most of the time during our stay, otherwise our stay would be even better. But it was very pleasant and relaxing for us, even with such weather

Cons: Sometimes not all the rooms in the spa center were activated (heated up) in the morning. Also breakfast was nice but all the options were very similar. More diversity would be appreciated for sure

Pros: Water temperature is nice and hot Outdoor pools are available 24/7

Cons: Very poor breakfast Finnish sauna didn't work

Pros: Nice, friendly staff. This is exactly what we were looking for after five very intense days in Barcelona.. The 3 days we were there, we spent in the hotel, soaking in the hot spring pool. We received an upgrade on our arrival as well. Overall a nice experience & already recommended to our friends.

Pros: Great location! Rooms are clean and comfortable! Food in the restaurant was also great! Spa zone has everything you need. <3 Def would visit again!!

Pros: A real gem! Price/quality amazing. The staff treats you like a close friend, the facilities were clean and comfortable. The restaurant is small but the food is very tasty. The spa area is also very good.
