Cons: The rooms need renovation but they will do it this summer so for the ski season it will be great.

Pros: Do not clean the trash everyday in the room. The food was not really good.

Pros: Plusses: very nice and professional staff - everyone, from reception to restaurant, to room cleaning, were kind and prompt; - nice architecture and room space, incl. wonderful balcony; - great and rich buffet, both for breakfast and dinner; - swimming in the pool after each day of skiing was great; - plenty of parking spaces; - ski-shuttle availability; - very good wifi in both the room and public areas; - plenty of funs for the kids in the lobby: the billiards and flipper were our favourites.

Cons: Minuses: room 512 does not allow for adjusting the heating, so we had to open the window often. Overall: a very good value-for-money choice, and again - great staff without exceptions.

Snezhanka is a wonderful place that I've stayed in many times

Pros: The atmosphere, facilities, food, lobby entertainment, pool, location and warmth.

Cons: There can be many school groups and some are very noisy and rude

Pros: Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Yemekler lezzetli fakat çeşit az. Her akşam ayni tatlılar var. Otel bakımlı ama eski sanirim 60 yili yapimli yazıyordu. Odalar çok ufak yataklar değişmesi gerekiyor. Teleferiğe ücretsiz otobus servisi var. Biz kendi aracimizla gittik. Park yerleri de var.

Pros: Бяхме настанени в семейна стая. Просторна и чиста. Имаше всички удобства за семейство с малко дете. Храната беше вкусна . Персоналът беше изключително мил и отзивчив. Басейнът беше топъл и чист.

Pros: Merkezi konumda otel çok temiz idi odalar büyük güzel ve konforlu güzel ısınıyor havuz çok iyi hem sıcak tı ve temizdi yemekler yeterliydi ve temizdi lobi çok iyi ve her yarın saat te bir pistlere servis var otopark da çok iyi idi herşey için teşekkür ederim ……
