Hotel Orpheus

Pros: It is really good for the price. The food was good, room service is also fine. Staff is nice and smiling. A lot of activities for the kids.

Pros: The location, the food, and all the activities they organize

Cons: The mattress was a little uncomfortable

Pros: In general, it's a nice place, breakfast was good, SPA is good enough. The main reason we chose this hotel was a kids zone where you can leave them with kids keeper.

Cons: A bit far from main hill, parking is overloaded so you might not find a parting place after 8 neither on a street nor garage. The room was a bit smaller than on than it looks on a picture.

A trip down memory lane.

Pros: Staff is amazing, the hotel is great! This is a special place for my wife and me. This was our second visit since last year when I proposed to her and it was great to relive it all again. Overall the view was great, the room was spacious, the breakfast was very diverse and it was very good. Definitely will come back again.

Pros: The loddy, the spa center, the spacious rooms, the breakfast, and the buffet diner were all great.

Cons: Almost everybody, children and adults, were screaming and talking really loundly at the spa area, inside the saunas, etc, destroying the relaxing atmosphere.

Decent hotel

Pros: Spacious clean rooms. Breakfast good. On site ski hire centre. Good location for other restaurants rodopski and danmar serve good food

Cons: Towels not changed every day and cups not washed.

Overall my stay was great and I will stay there again.

Cons: The jacuzzi was not very clean and the ventilation in the pool was very poor. The good news is that a big renovation of the pool and jacuzzi is coming after the summer season. 👍

Great experience from welcome to goodbye. Very friendly staff. Very warm environment.

Pros: Location great, breakfast great. Very convenient hours of Spa and dinner time lasting quite long.

Pros: The food was nice, the rooms were very good size, rooms service was quick and the food was good. There is a small ski/sledge area very close to the hotel

Cons: The pool is s small for the hotel capacity and not maintained well, the water is slightly cold and the depth is 160cm from one end to the other, so no shallow part , the sauna and the steam room were off a few times. The gym is very strangely positioned and exposed. The life guard was outside of the pool area, behind glass door, which I found very strange, chatting or mainly on the phone, so very distracted all the time. We returned something, which was not cooked well from our room service order but was not removed from our bill 2 days later at the check out and we're told we had to wait for an hour for the manager to come in and remove it as the receptionist couldn't do anything. We had to leave for the airport so couldn't wait for an hour. We booked it on BB but decided to have dinner and were given the price at check in, so we went to the restaurant but were told we had to go to the reception and add it to the room upfront, they couldn't add it.You can order drinks, which you could just sign but you can't do that with the actual meal.

Perfect weekend

Pros: The staff were amazing. I proposed to my girlfriend on Snejanka tower and I had an external company come in to decorate the room and the hotel staff were very helpful and happy to help. The Hotel made it even more incredible by adding s bottle of wine and fruits as compliments. Thank you again to all of the staff. Aside from making our stay special the room was spotless, the view from the room incredible and the spa facilities were great.
