RILA 6ATO Hotel & Restaurant

Pros: Lovely location in the forest, room with great view and a friendly family business :)

Pros: This is a quiet, idyllic hotel, situated high in the Rila mountains. The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. Everything there, from the beds, the view, to the wonderful breakfast (included) and dinner available in their restaurant was superb! There is a lot of nature nearby to walk around in, and the Rila lakes lift is accessible by car. I can highly recommend staying here, and will certainly be coming back again.

Pros: I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. Check-in was smooth and quick, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and I slept incredibly well. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and attention to detail throughout the room. The hotel facilities were excellent, and everything was well-maintained. The location was perfect — conveniently situated near restaurants, and local attractions, yet still peaceful and quiet. What truly made the stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and their friendliness made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service.

Amazing stay

Pros: The hosts were super nice. We were the only guests in the hotel and they treated us with grace. The breakfast was an excellent way to start the day. The dog Maxi kept us company everytime we went out of the house or when we came back from our activities.

Amazing hosts, destination and overall service

Pros: Amazing hosts! Mimi was super nice and warm towards us, offered us a lot of additional things like free room service and extra cheese/butter for breakfast. The hotel was right in the middle of the forest and the view was exceptional. It was warm, quiet and peaceful - definitely a relaxing experience, if you want a city break.

Cons: The rooms were equipped only with basic necessities and the sofa and bed weren’t the most comfortable but it contributed to a more cozy, minimalistic experience.

would recommend anyone wanting a relaxing stay, go and book this hotel, will go back again.

Pros: The location of the hotel was very good and easy to find, the hotel was great and very quite in the woods to rest, nice restaurant with a log fire and the staff were great. The hotel and room was very clean and plenty of room to move about. Food was good, nice breakfast and internet was very good. restaurant was open till 22.00 which is great, free parking and a great view.

Cons: The hotel door is locked at 22.00 so a key for each client would be great so you dont have to ring the owner to get in, only cash payment at the hotel which i think they need to have a card payment system, the hotel website says it has a sauna, but there is none, but they are other hotels very near that you can use.

Beautifull place

Pros: The most important thing was the personal of the hotel, they were so kind with us. The apartment is comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is set in a beautifull location, full of nature and quiet.

Ideally situated hospitable hotel for a visit to Rila Seven Lakes.

Pros: Very nice and hospitable owner Kapka, she arranged transportation to the Rila Seven Lakes included lunch. It's a spectacular hike, stunningly beautiful. You need to be in good walking condition (6 hours) She even took us to our next destination when the taxi didn't showed up. The hotel is beautiful situated in the wooded area! Nice cappuccino!! Very good stay in the middle of the woods

Pros: The staff did all they could to make us feel welcome, disregarding the facilities.

Cons: Bed matress was not that comfortable and room wasn’t very clean, but it depends what you appreciate more.

Pros: Silent environment in nature, kind staff, fresh forest and mountain air, enough place for parking, close to Rila lakes, near several springs with fresh and delicious water.

Cons: If you have imagined a neverending horizon with a dawn and sunset over the mountains, this is not what you get. The view out of the window is a forest:)
