Eurostars Sofia City

Pros: Breakfast was good, but it should use fresh eggs and offer more choices of vegetables. A lot of sweet varieties were availbe, changing every day.

Pros: Friendly staff, good location (tho kinda far from the station if you’re taking the public transport and have a lot of luggage with you)

Cons: Not a very spacious room but doable

I would recommend this Hotel to stay , very nice staff and helpful.

Pros: location was great , breakfast was also nice but better to explore cafes near to the hotel as Sofia has a good Cafe culture.However I would like to give some staff members of Eurostars city especially Monica , Christina and Kathe , they had been helpful , informative and kind to support us in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Cons: Hotel staff was superb there is no doubt , but since Hotel staff especially on receptionist was not good at speaking english language which is small recommendation as an international traveler to speak good english with guests , but overall Hotel staff was very nice and helpful

Pros: It was a nice and central location it had lots of beautiful sites nearby, within a few short minutes walk. You could visit nice places to eat nearby too, as well as get coffee. The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean, and the location was easily accessible.

Cons: Sofia is a beautiful city, and I enjoyed my stay, however it has.a certain grittiness which some visitors may struggle with. The area has a bohemian vibe and this might not appeal to certain travellers.

Pros: Clean, good location, staff were helpful, flexible with late check in after our flight. Rainbow Factory cafe nearby which was excellent. We were there just one night, it was a good stopover.

Pros: The staff was very nice. Comfortable and beautiful rooms and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was full of lots of things. Highly recommend!

Great value stay!

Pros: The hotel was very modern, well located close to the centre of Sofia. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and obliging. Our room/suite was spacious and comfortable with en suite shower and bath and a rooftop balcony with great views! We chose not to have the breakfast as there are plenty of cafés and bakery's within minutes of the hotel. We would be happy to return.

Cons: We stayed on the sofa bed, the curtains didn't fit so we woke up with the sun! I like dark rooms so I can sleep late!

Pros: Staff at the reception desk is very helpful and efficient. Great location! We will back!
