Fantastic location

Pros: The room was adequate and the bed was comfy. The receptionist spoke good English and gave good information regarding things nearby to do. The location was fantastic no more the 10 mins walk and your in the city centre.

Cons: The shower had one door seemed like it was missing the other half to close? Air con was hit and miss and the balcony didn't have any chairs. The carpet had stains on it. The lobby bar was closed and I booked an airport transfer to Plovdiv and nearly missed my flight when I realised they had booked me onto the Sofia flight. Luckily I noticed just in time and notified the driver.

Pros: Excellent location, everything is great, all amenities are available.

Amazing view hotel on sachat tepe in beautiful Plovdiv!

Pros: Very nice Hotel with amazing views over Plovdiv as it is itself located in one of the seven hills. I stayed in 2 different rooms which were both clean and the beds very super comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean. The staff was extremely helpful to solve a personal issue. I would definitely stay there again!

Cons: Nothing, just to be aware the location is uphill, if you come by foot its a good exercise ;)

Had a lovely 3 days, accommodation was clean, tidy and modern. Will definitely book again!

Pros: We got a deluxe room and it was so big. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Clean towels in our room everyday and ladies at reception were so nice. It was my partners birthday and I had arranged before hand with the hotel to display balloons, banners and chocolates and they did exactly what I wanted- he was so happy. Great communication, would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The only downside was how uphill the location was and sometimes no parking available.

Nice room and great location

Pros: Nice room, comfortable beds. The location on the hill is really nice, the old town just 10 minutes walking away. There is a hairdryer, a fridge and a boiler as well as tea.

Cons: Due to the design of the shower, water leaks into the bathroom and some even onto the carpet in the room. Could be built better.

Pros: Everything like always was perfect. I have forgotten how many times I visited this Hotel over the past years, around ten times for sure.

Recommended

Pros: The studio is spacious, the view from the balcony is just great! Nice location, friendly staff.

Cons: The windows were difficult to close.

Best choice for its price

Pros: The place and the room was very clean. The bathroom was very big and comfortable. Easy to find free parking. Our bed was excellent and the additional bed for the kid was also very good (not an uncomfortable sofa)
