Little Gem of a Hotel

Pros: Excellent hotel in the centre of Plovdiv - all sights easily walkable but also very quiet. Rooms were super clean, towels changed every day, mega comfy bed and reception staff were super friendly. Even arranged a car back to the airport for us. Will definitely stay here again when we return to beautiful Plovdiv.

Cons: Nothing - all hotels should be this good!

Pros: The Turkish speaking lady was very helpful before we entered the hotel. 15 EUR daily parking at the city center is acceptable. The location of the hotel is perfect for Plovdiv. The rooms are renovated and big enough.

Excellent location, spotless hotel, and outstanding service. Highly recommended.

Pros: The hotel is very central and extremely clean. Everything was well maintained and there were no issues during the stay. The highlight was the service at reception. Special mention to Aleksandar at reception, who was extremely polite, professional, and helpful, including arranging a taxi to the airport. Truly 10/10 service

Lovely rooms and helpful staff, right in the heart of Plovdiv.

Pros: Central location, excellent room which was very clean. Staff were very helpful and communication was excellent. Exceptional value for money.
