Our best stay of the trip and maybe ever

Pros: Super kind hotel manager, clean, the feeling is unique. Location is epic. Could not have been better for us. We want to come back some time.

Cons: Everything was perfect!! Difficult to find if you come from the wrong direction by car so make sure you follow the instructions

Excellent choice

Pros: Located in the Old Town of Plovdiv, near restaurants and shops, the hotel is the perfect choice for a nice holiday. Professional staff, spotlessly clean rooms, excellent breakfast.

Amazing place, in the center of town

Pros: The hotel situated in the heart of the old city in an amazing building. Rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Cons: We loved everything but you should know that there is no elevator in the building because it is an old and it is not allowed. The staff is very helpful and helps with the luggage . Also take in consideration that the old city is uphill

A charming boutique hotel in the heart of Plovdiv old town

Pros: Hotel is small but charming with spacious and comfortable rooms. It's located in the heart of Plovdiv old town. The historical Theatre of Philipopolis is just 100 m from the hotel. Shopping, dinning areas and historical sight are all within walking distance. Breakfast is excellent and prepared with heart. Staff is all very friendly and helpful, particularly Alexander. He helped me to communicate with another hotel in order to cancel a booking, book a guided tour at Rila Monastery, work with the car repairing shop to arrange a replacement for a flat tyre. I really appreciate his help.

Cons: Parking is not close to the hotel. It's a street parking nearby but it's understandable considering it's in a prime location. cars have to go through a gate in order to reach the hotel and the shortest route is a one-way road. It will be easier for the guests if a clear driving instruction is given to the hotel guests.

Cons: I didn’t like that we’ve stayed there for two nights only. I wish i could have stayed longer.

Very clean hotel really close to all turistic attractions

Pros: We really enjoyed that the bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning could be easily adjusted to your preferred temperature. The hotel is also very clean and the amenities kit available was really good.

Cons: The room is not perfectly acoustically insulated. The two bathrobes were both really small. Breakfast could be improved with more options or at least some flexibility. In a 5* hotel, it is not acceptable that it is not possible to remove the ham from a bruschetta (asking one day in advance)

Pros: Loved the location and amenity of this property. It was quiet and perfectly situated. Comfortable bed and very clean. Staff were wonderful and very helpful;

Cons: No fridge in the room - there was a lit up cabinet with drinks, but no refrigeration.

Pros: We had an extremely pleasant stay here. The staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was more than sufficient, and the staff were super helpful.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located in the old town, 50m from the Plovdiv ancient theatre (we were there for a concert), and less than 10 mins from all the shops and restaurants in the modern town centre. Borislav was super friendly and efficiently dealt with all our requests. Very good breakfast too. We'd definitely stay there again.
