Pros: The place is in the center near the park which is very beautiful. The breakfast was good and the room very clean .

Everything was great. the staff, the hotel, the proximity to city center. It is a very nice choise.

Pros: The breakfast buffet was ok and pretty normal. There was a constant flow in the buffet and nothing was out. Although it was not the richest buffet everything you should need was there.

Cons: The coffee but this is very common in most hotels. Perhaps a different blend should be better.

Pros: Absolutely gorgeous, cozy, best hotel in Plovdiv. I'll definitely come back. My room was upgraded without my asking. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Prosecco could be a nice addition to it.

Pros: Wow what a property. Best hotel room we’ve stayed in, exceptionally appointed in a brilliant location. Couldn’t ask for anything more… bed very comfortable.

Excellent

Pros: The staff at reception especially Ms. Nadia and Ms. Katherine were very nice, helpful and caring. Location was brilliant.

Cons: Breakfast was good but There is a room to improve as far as the variety of hot food is concerned. Freshly squeezed orange juice was excellent.
