Pros: The staff was nice and gave me what I asked for. The food was nice for 2 star Hotel and even they gave me takeaway because I didn't have time to eat

Cons: The toilet paper a bit rough, there is no change of towel i was there 3 nights.

Cosy convenient clean

Pros: Good location walking distance to the main square. Staff were just amazing, very polite and helpful. Room clean with everything you might need. Across the street from a grocery shop which was very convenient.

Cons: Breakfast was poor but the staff were great.

Pros: Location,Clean rooms.Helpfull and friendly team. Especially,they helped a lot.I can recommend the hotel.If I go to plovdiv again I know where I can stay. 12 minutes by walking to Bus Station City Centre and Theatre. Thanks for early check-in too... Everything is 5 🌟 See you again

Pros: Good location within walking distance of the main attractions. My room was quiet, if didn't face the road, and I could sleep soundly with the window open.

Cons: The room stank of cigarette smoke when I entered. I had to leave the window open all the time. Fortunately it was not noisy outside. I don't remember there being an option when I booked, perhaps I just didn't notice, but if you don't like cigarette smoke definitely request a non smoking room.

Spacious with big windows

Pros: Our room was on a high level with a large openable window facing the street with lefty outlook and sunlight so it was nice. The window is double-glazed so it was quiet. The room décor is a bit dated but it is quite spacious and the bed is big and comfortable. It was clean and well equipped.

Cons: The room décor is a bit dated, the room can be very nice if it gets redecorated. But for the price it was still good.

Pros: A well-located hotel with spacey rooms. The rooms are bright and well equipped with all the amenities you would need. The kind lady at the reception even let us check in before 3PM. Exceptional value for money!

Pros: The location was very comfortable for tourists. The lady at the reception was super helpful when we needed some hot water (no kettle available in rooms) or to leave our luggage after check out.
