Pros: There in no better option to stay in the area.Far away from the touristic Pamporovo at a fantastic village.The hotel was absolutely great and all people very kind.

Consistently good service - best in my view in Shiroka Laka

Pros: The hotel has been designed well and has everything for an enjoyable stay. Besides the facility the staff is a key asset reflecting the natural hospitality and sincerity of the people in the Rhodope region.

Cons: The curtains can be separated between day and blackout so the guests can enjoy the choice.

Luxury and relaxing

Pros: The staff were very helpful in helping with information about the town and transport. The room was very comfortable and big. With plenty of room to sit and read or relax. The shower is spacious and packed with everything we needed. Breakfast was generous and tasty.

Cons: Dinner wasn't the best. We ordered a pizza and it tasted like a frozen one that was heated.

Beautiful location with traditional buildings in the mountains

Pros: The king room we had was huge and very clean with amazing views. The hotel is very well located, though hard to find by taxi. The reception team and the restaurant staff, especially Alex, were lovely.

Cons: The spa area is very tired and there was a musty smell everywhere. The reception had no tourist information at all. The area is meant to be great for walkers and they had no maps or any advice. The tourist office didn’t speak English so they were no help unfortunately.
