Pros: Great value for money. I liked the truly exceptional breakfast, the friendly customer experience oriented staff, the clean spacious rooms and the beautiful mountainous location. The Spa was also great especially when it was the most heated 👌

Cons: There was no bathtub in our room.

Absolut value for money, we got more than we expected

Pros: Location and cleanliness. The owners were very friendly. Property is impressive. Clean, new, nice views, nice atmosphere. A lot of money pours into it.

Cons: Out of season can be hit and miss. Food was not great - both dinner and breakfast. Home made banitsa had no feta and missing salt. No heart was put in it. In all fairness, they were in a rush to have a break so maybe a one time issue. Spa was open at limited time frame and water was not clean in the pool. Possibly end of season issue.

Pros: The hotel is super comfortable and nice. They have a very good restaurant with great and rich breakfast and very good local food. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. On site there is a newly built SPA as well.

Cons: As is often the case in Smolyan, the hotel is on a steep hill on the edge of town, so plan accordingly.

Overall, we had a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely return for another visit!

Pros: We had a fantastic 7-night stay at this cozy hotel. The room was always warm and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a long day outdoors. The restaurant was a highlight—every meal was delicious, offering a great opportunity to try authentic Bulgarian cuisine. The owners, Daffi and her husband, were incredibly hospitable and made us feel at home. Their son, Tony, who spoke perfect English, was absolutely professional and a pleasure to interact with. The wellness facilities, including the sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi, exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect way to relax. The location was convenient, with the ski slopes about 20 minutes away and a shop within a 5-minute walk. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay!

Pros: Extremely attentive and friendly staff, who did an amazing job making us feel at home, providing recommendations of outdoors activities, checking on us and generally being very helpful. Hotel is conveniently located just 10 mints driving away from the Ski resort in Pamporovo. Finally, a huge compliments for the quality of food-the cooks were simply amazing where they literally mastered the preparation of local dishes.

Pros: Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, pyszne śniadanie w cenie, lokalne dania. Bardzo miły gospodarz, pomocny. Dobra lokalizacja i świetne spa, sauny i basen. Jak będę kiedyś w okolicach na pewno tutaj się zatrzymam.

Pros: Der Gastgeber Mincho hat uns sehr warm und herzlich empfangen.Das Essen ist eine regionale kulinarische Sensation!Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Spa Bereich ist neu und hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Hier fühlt man sich wie zu Besuch bei der Familie.Danke
