Pros: Spacious room, new facilities, very delicious food for quite reasonable prices

Cons: The shower in the bathroom didn’t have any separation and while one showers the whole bathroom gets wet. It was quite inconvenient

Pros: Very cosy looking and well combining traditional bulgarian and modern design. Tasty meals in the restaurant and excellent service.

Pros: We loved everything, The staff, the food, the decor, the cleanliness, the attention to detail and the atmosphere was outstanding.

Cons: There is absolutely nothing to dislike. We can’t think of a single negative thing. That says something and we are fussy!

Pros: This is not my first time staying at this wonderful hotel! We had a large room, clean, and pleasant. Everything in the hotel is done with love.

Pros: Friendly staff. Tastefully decorated room. Wonderful included breakfast. Dinner at restaurant was delicious. Beds and sheets are very comfortable.

Pros: The hotel was really nice, same as the pictures. Comfortable beds and a big bathroom. It was clean and tidy.

Cons: The backyard was under construction and it was quite unpleasant. They started working at 8am and it is also ugly. The restaurant was very disappointing. The look of it was perfect, but the tables very uncomfortable and uneven. The personnel were rude and didn’t really want to be there. The food wasn’t as good as the prices would suggest.

Pros: Perfect hotel with delicious restaurant. The owners are very friendly , the rooms are very nice designed , modern but with the respect for rodopi style. We recommand this hotel if you go to rodopi. The restaurant is one of the best in Bulgaria. The owner is a top chef.

Lovely hotel with amazing interior

Pros: The hotel was incredibly decorated and made with high quality materials. It was a pleasure to be in it. If you come in a few weeks/months when the construction work is finished, you’ll have an amazing stay. The staff were very nice.

Cons: Unfortunately, there was construction work happening during our stay. There were excavators right outside our balcony. They continued working even between 2-4pm on Friday, and were also working on Saturday. This also affected the water pressure, as there was almost no cold water and we had to shower in boiling water. While this is unrelated to the hotel itself, I don’t think it’s acceptable to place guests in the affected rooms.
