Magical

Pros: Everything was just amazing! Great location! Amazing food in the restaurant as well as the breakfast, very varied and tasty. The staff were super nice, attended to every need we had. We were a couple, but the hotel is also very family-friendly, it has some attractions for kids and a game room and so on. Thank you for a delightful stay!

Overall, fenomenal value for the money, would return again

Pros: The location is very nice in the woods if you like hiking its ideal. Breakfast was superb and the food in the restaurant is also great. Staff is polite, rooms were very clean and the hotel is in great shape.

Cons: Only thing I didnt like was that there was no fireplace in the apartment although the pictures of the apartment we reserved showed that there is a fireplace (also on the list of stuff in the apartment showed that there is fireplace)..

We loved our stay - it was great, with tasty food and a nice fireplace!

Pros: It was clean, warm and peaceful, great for a rest. The best thing out of everything was the staff. The last day we were alone in the hotel and they treated us like royalties!! - bringing food to the room, preparing food only for us, etc. We were just very impressed with the staff! They were great!

Cons: The soa center is not the best, but is good enough. The pool is very small, but great for children.

Pros: Exceptionally clean and tidy! Very quiet place and great facilities! Delicious food in the restaurant!

Cons: I felt that the restaurant is a bit expensive and I would have enjoyed if there was English breakfast in the breakfast card.

Pros: Very helpful staff! They attended to on demand changes in our stay in no time. Food was very nice (a bit pricey:) ). The SPA is nice - especially the massages done by Siika. Pool is children friendly.

Cons: The breakfast can be a bit more tasty and with more variety. Pool size.

Always awesome - we are regulars here!

Pros: As usual, everything was great. Nice big rooms, nice showers, amazing food. The restaurant is really great, regardless of breakfast, lunch or dinner. Location is amazing as it's adjacent to so many great hikes.

Cons: Probably some flexibility on the menu items would be good - we asked for a few changes but they were all declined, but nothing major
