Excellent

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located. Very close to the pick Snejanka, much more high then the main complex of Pamporovo. There is a indoor swimming pool, but close by there is a terrace when a sunbath is possible. Because of hight, summer nights are fresh and pretty cool.

Cons: Everything is perfect.

Pros: The food - the meals were gigantic and super tasty, I deffinatelly didn't expect that. The staff was very friendly and responsive

Cons: There was some bad smell in the bathroom

Pros: The hotel is ok. We had breakfast and dinner. The food is ok.

Cons: The transfer is not ok. Just two times to the Studenets. And down in the parking lot and you have to do all the stairs. For another 3 min they can let you in the parking lot near the slopes.

Pros: Close to the slopes. The pool was great. The apartment was very big with 2 different rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons: We didn't have a coffee machine in the room or any other stuff to make a tea. The kitchen has only a sink and a mini fridge . Actually is only the furniture and looks like a kitchen. The coffee from breakfast was not very good (instant coffee). The food overall was OK but not great. You can feel that it is a 3 stars hotel. There are a few things that can be improve a little bit, like: cleaning, kitchen, food, coffee and will be a perfect hotel. But overall a pleasant stay.

Pros: The apartment is very big and clean, the view is amazing and the food in the restaurant was very good.

Cons: The pool can be refreshed a bit more.

Great value for money.

Pros: The staff were without fault. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. The bar area is lovely, the food far exceeded our expectations and I would say the value for money is fantastic.

Cons: The room was a little tired (missing ceiling panel in the bathroom for example) and there wasn’t much storage for our stuff in the room. Which was ski gear, ie quite bulky. The beds weren’t the comfiest but after a tiring day on the slopes, it didn’t matter greatly. The parking was on slushy, snowy mud and we all got very muddy getting in and out of it. This said, for what we paid I’d say we still got a complete bargain and I’d happily recommend it.

Pros: Friendly staff, facilities as expected, the restaurant is quite good (something rare in pamporovo).

Cons: Would be nice the breakfast to start earlier than 8am. Also, will not hurt to provide for example an electric kettle, so people can make coffee and tea

Pros: kahvaltı iyiydi. sauna buhar banyosu opsiyonu olması avantaj. Yarım pansiyon olması bizim için iyi oldu.

Cons: akşam yemekleri daha özenli olabilirdi. Ama güzel yemekler de oldu.
