Family owned hotel with a nice tavern

Pros: Big room, nice staff, I believe it's family owned. They also have a local tavern (mehana) with typical and decent food. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. There are free parking spots in front of the hotel, although there are constant car movements because of a nearby school.

Cons: Wi-Fi in the room was not working and the place is poorly isolated from the noise. Make sure to have earplugs.

Pros: The area was really nice, shops and restaurants are nearby, but the hotel has also an awesome restaurant so you can have dinner , breakfast there. The staff was also supportive. The room has mini fridge, there is a balcony at the end of the hall. I would definitely recommend this place for 3-4 nights to stay!

Good choice for a short stay.

Pros: We needed a hotel in the Vitosha district. Hotel Bansko met all our expectations in this case. The bus stop to go to Vitosha mountain was just around the corner. The room we stayed at was absolutely cozy, warm and spacious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They even allowed us a late check out for some extra payment. Would highly recommend this place to the travellers seeking quietness and proximity to the national park of Vitosha.

Pros: Arrived after midnight, but it was no problem. Kind staff and nice clean room.

Cons: No elevator, which was not a problem for me, but can be inconvenient. Room was a little cold during the night. No shower cabin, so the whole bathroom floor is wet after you shower.
