Wonderful hotel

Pros: I had a wonderful 2-night stay. The Diana hotel welcoming, and Zoya made me feel truly at home with her kindness and care. She is such a warm and attentive host. Highly recommended! ❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏🇮🇱

Pros: comfortable large bed with cotton sheets, carpet in the room, mosquito nets on the window

Cons: the street from which you enter the parking lot is being reconstructed, so we all parked in the yard on the other side of the building, where there is a passage for only one vehicle

Warm and comfortable, nice hosts

Pros: Picturesque location at the top of the mountain. Nice neighborhood Dragalevtsi with largest supermarket Fantastico near the Sofia ring road. The property has couple of private parking spots. There property is extermely well heated, there are radiators everywhere and they are really hot, which is really nice for this cold time of the year. The room was really quiet, good sound isolation. The bed was comfy with orthopedic matress. The staff was very polite, friendly and extremely helpful.

Cons: Nothing to complain about, really, only minor stuff, the main road to the neighborhood was temporary closed for reconstruction so had to take secondary road which wasn't as good, but that's temporary. The property has 3 or 4 floors so you may have to take staircase to your floor, but for me it wasn't a problem.

Nice place for tranzit

Pros: Easy to find, parking available, spatious room, comfortable bed, nice staff, the bar was opened and had tables in the hotel garden.

Cons: The room smelled of cigarette smoke really bad, the shower had no curtains.

Pros: Spacious and clean room. Very friendly and smiling staff. Comfortable bed. The room was bright and windows were with mosquiteras which appeared to be still required as even in the midd of September moscuitos are still active and after leaving the mosquito net open for a while I had few mosquitos to fight with.

Cons: the fan in the bathroom had a lot of dust accumulated over the years, It measn that the air cons are not clean most likely as well and with time it's a paradise for bacterias and mites.

Pros: We liked the location, clean air and from our room a great view on the city. It was warm in the room and clean. Maybe the host should put some plastic slippers for the bathroom because of the shower, but all in all, we were very pleased with everything.

Cons: The host should put some slippers convenient for the shower they have.

Cozy quiet place

Pros: Everything was good, they received us at 10pm without a problem. The room was clean, warm and spacious. The bar is open until midnight.

Cons: After taking a shower the bathroom floor is wet, because the whole space is open. Maybe some shower curtain or just an extra towel to remove the water would be great.
