Pros: The hotel itself was okay, but it had a cozy and welcoming feeling. What I really loved was the staff they were absolutely spectacular. Everyone was amazing: the night shift receptionist, the cleaning lady, and the driver who took me to the airport were all very kind and helpful.But The person who gave us the best treatment and truly made us feel at home was Yoana. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely the sweetest. Her hospitality made a big difference in our stay.

Cons: The WiFi was a bit slow.

Pros: The location was great. The hotel is located 2 min from the metro station. Very close to it has a big supermarket and a Happy restaurant. The room was big and clean.

Cons: The bathroom needs urgent renovation. The toilet seat and the shower cabin are broken. When you take a shower in the middle of the bathroom a small lake is formed. The water stays because it can't go to the pipe. Also the heating is not working very well and the isolation of the room is poor. You can hear the elevator and also people from the other rooms. The mattress and the pillows must be changed.

Friendly staff, good location, quiet and comfortable rooms

Pros: Awesome location, metro station in 3 minutes walk, safe surroundings, many options for food and drink around, quiet and comfortable room. Pretty decent breakfast, the staff was the most friendly that I have seen in a long time for a hotel!

Quiet location with parking at the door. Good facilities and very friendly staff.

Pros: Even though it was off-season, Staff ensured a full breakfast menu was available. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.

Pros: The property was very clean, and the aroma when I walked through the door was delicious, truly the smell was just amazing, really homely, the staff were very friendly and helpful especially as we arrived a little late.

Cons: Unfortunately, the sink in my family members room was a little ´out of order‘ shall we say but it was all ok in the end.

Pros: The hotel was very conveniently located for us for catching an early morning flight at the airport. Staff was very polite. Relatively clean. The main bed was comfortable. There was place for car parking, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Quick check-in and check-out.

Cons: My daughter did not feel comfortable on the sofa bed. They were really polite to offer us breakfast packages, but it turned out the food was not worth taking it.
