Can we give you 6 starts? Exceptional stay with a toddler!

Pros: Brilliant customer service, beautiful facilities, delicious food from room service menu, big room with comfortable bed and enough space for a family of 3. Toddler bed was very comfortable and prepared with attention. Breakfast had a lot of variety and sustainable choices, also options for toddlers, which was impressive. Thank you to Rosen, Damyan and the lady from the bar on 26th, for making our stay so special. We also loved the children’s play corner!

Pros: Good hotel, close to the airport, gluten free breakfast option, free water on the hallway.

Cons: The invoice creation took a bit longer than usual but nothing crazy. All good.

Really good hotel for this price

Pros: Rooms are good and clean, breakfast was good unlike other European hotels. It is very good, if you make a cost/benefit analysis. We had a car to travel everywhere and the location was not a matter for us. Especially for airport customers , this hotel is perfect. You can follow the flight times from the screen in the elevator.

Cons: Out of the city center but it is a secure business area and next to the hotel there is a modern shopping mall. Location may affect some guests. If they plan to walk everywhere.

Pros: Very comfortable cozy rooms, friendly staff and amazing vreakfast- Must try the freshly baked croissants ! Pay at the property for the breakfast - it’s cheaper and Free for the kids . Also they allow the kids to use for free the minibar in the room. Amazing politic !

Lovely bit of luxury!

Pros: Amazing room! We had the executive to fit our family of 4! Brilliant location! Right next to the shopping centre and only a short drive to the airport! Also great service at the reception!

Pros: The room decor was amazing. The corridors were clean and water filter machine with multiple options were provided at each floor. The hotel reception was nice. The breakfast options were also good.
