Clean, warm, kind staff, good value for the money

Pros: Clean, warm, hot water for shower, we felt safe, we paid after arrival, no stress, view to the boulevard, but no significant noise, kind lady gave us the key and showed the room. Free parking if you are lucky to find place near the hotel. Good value for the money.

Cons: Wooden floor is old but clean, no problem at all.

Pros: Hotel Dalis is a small place but in a very nice neighborhood. It served perfectly my needs during the short vacation trip. The stuff is very helpful and nice. We keep in mind this place in our future travels.

Cons: Some of the guests smoke in the lobby and in their rooms.

Wonderful budget friendly place

Pros: Having only arrived late in the evening due to a delayed flight, the reception was already closed. The number to call was clearly posted at the entrance and the lady was very helpful, providing clear instructions on how to enter the building and my room. Full 24/7 support! Furthermore, I had a wonderful large room with comfortable bed.

Cons: As I only stayed for a single night, I had little time to search for downsides. The only that presented itself was the lack of a power outlet at the bedside to charge my phone

Pros: Добра комуникация с жената от рецепцията, която поради по-късното ни настаняване се наложи по телефона да говорим и да ни настани. Измислено е да може и без човек на място да се настани човек. Отговаря на звездите си.

Cons: Престоят ни беше кратък и отговори на очакванията ни като за 2 звезди, така че няма нещо да не ни е харесало.

Pros: Хубав, просторен апартамент с всички удобства, включително хладилник и кухненски бокс. Няма климатик, но даже в средата на лятото, в Банско това не беше проблем.
