Cons: For 5 star hotel, it's normally to offer the indoor swimming pool for free. Which was happened but by mistake and when I did the check out I felt like I was steeling something... On my money...

Pros: The hotel is amazing - new, luxury, with many facilities and things to do inside. Great rooftop bar

Cons: Everything is paid additionally - pool and spa, parking, breakfast. Breakfast was overcrowded and the venue was so small, it does not correspond to the size of the hotel.

Pros: The location was convenient and the room itself was incredible. We had an amazing view, very comfortable bed and it was beautifully set up. The staff were fantastic. We had a wonderful experience at every stage and appreciated the easy check-in, housekeeping and room service. The breakfast was incredible. So delicious!

Pros: We stayed ten nights… felt hotel could’ve offered some kind of bonus. Location was central. Rooms quiet. Clean

Absolutely amazing hotel!

Pros: The location and its overall feeling absolutely wonderful building with everything you need in it.

Cons: Some staff were really friendly and others were not at all. Almost an inconsistency in training or maybe that’s just a cultural difference.

Wonderful hotel!

Pros: Overall an excellent hotel and a great choice when visiting Sofia! The location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the center of town making it easy to explore on foot. There is on-site underground parking, where you can safely leave your car. The staff: starting form the concierge, reception, restaurant staff etc. all were wonderful! Polite and helpful! The hotel itself is great! It’s spotless with big, spacious rooms which are clean and comfortable. The gym is great and open from 06:30am every day. The restaurant was good and generally speaking prices in the hotel (for food and drink) are comparable to outside prices in town - so generally they do not overcharge. Overall a great hotel and good value for money! I would stay again

Cons: One negative remark is the extra charge for the indoor swimming pool. It's charged at 40€ per adult and 18€ for children- which are only allowed to be there for 1 hour. In my opinion a bit expensive if you want to use the pool with your kids for just an hour.

Pros: I have no complaints about the rooms – they are quiet, spacious, clean, and offer a wonderful view, with many thoughtful details that make you feel pleasantly pampered. On a positive note, the room service staff and the bellboy were very kind, polite, and always smiling.

Cons: I was, however, somewhat disappointed with the receptionist, as we were not informed that there are additional service charge on the mini bar. There were not price list as well. I only discovered this a few days later after checking my bank statements. There was also a complete lack of explanation regarding what we could do as hotel guests, which restaurants we were allowed to use, the hours when children are permitted in the spa area, as well as the fact that the spa is charged separately (which is quite unusual for a 5-star hotel). I believe the guest welcome could be more comprehensive and provide much more useful information.

Pros: The rooms are very spacious and clean, with good lighting and city views. Space and comfort are excellent.”
