Great and quiet location. Very kind and helpful owner. Best value for the price in Sofia.

Pros: Fancy is a small and cozy family-run hotel. Whenever I need to visit Sofia, I always stay here. It’s a great and quiet location with a metro station, a selection of shops, and a pretty good restaurant within a 10-minute walk. You won’t find anything better for this price. The owner is very helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

Quiet, cozy place

Pros: Great apartments for transit tourists. The owner waited and met us late in the evening, provided dishes at our request. A quiet, cozy place, with beautiful dogs and cats in the yard, there is parking near the apartments. My recommendations!

Pros: Great price for this unit. Has everything you need for very affordable price. We got a little lost in Gorna Banya, so we asked for directions in the nearby metro station. The woman called the owner and he came to pick us up by his car. Such an amazing person!

Cons: Location is kinda far from the city center. Good thing is that the metro station is 20 minuts walk from it.

Good value for money, excellent for one night stay.

Pros: There is no reception, the owner calls you / you call him, and he gives instructions. Communication is OK, checking in is easy at any moment. Lots of TV channels, however all Bulgarian.

Cons: The fridge is so loud I had to disconnect it for the night. TV remote control is not fully working, the tv set cannot be powered on or off from it. The bed is old and VERY noisy.
